Piney Grove Store

Friendly place out in the middle of rural Alabama. We're from Dayton Ohio and vacation in the Florida panhandle. We always stop here for gas and snacks everytime we're down that way. Love this little place! You have to try the beef jerky! YUM!

We were on our way to Panama City to the Grand Bahama for a Getaway… Stop here to go to bathroom and buy boiled peanuts… The Women working .. who was the owner was very very nice and accommodating she was very down to earth wished us well on our way… told her we would stop back on our way back…On our way back stopped again this time a young women and man were working … we were hungry so told us they get everything up and running to make a early lunch… my husband said it was the Best BLT he has ever had so did my Sister… Some restaurants could take a lesson from these folks have it all… Great Customer Service and Great Food!! Great Cajun Boiled Peanuts!! To… We decided we were going to tell everyone traveling this way to stop!! Will be worth it..

Thank goodness we followed the signs and stop at this store. Great handmade, fresh burger, homemade pork rinds and ice cream. Worth the stop!

Stopped on our way to FL and we were so glad we did!! Definitely a hidden treasure! Home cooked, delicious food. Fried squash was my favorite! And definitely see if they have homemade cheesecake!! So worth it! I'm pretty sure we got everything they brought out!

We happened to roll up on this station a little yesterday And they had just opened this past week. We were a little stand offish at first because we were in the small towns of Alabama and my husband and I have had problems before but not here!! The new owners are so nice and pleasant and the food is GREAT! People treat you like you another neighbor.... thanks for the hospitality! I love their banana pudding!

Found this hidden treasure traveling from Florida to Missouri. Staff is friendly, the homemade ice cream is yummy, & the hamburgers are hands-down one of the best bugers I ever had. Definitely recommend & hope to return.

We stopped at this nice, little store on our way to vacation. Nice, friendly service & some delicious beef jerky!! We wish we would’ve bought more for our trip.

Could not have been happier with the service and food at Piney Grove superstore. We had a delicious taste of the south, including fried cornbread, boiled cabbage and refreshing sweet tea. We were served by Sabrina, who was the definition of warm hospitality. Such sweethearts at this store. Would give 6 stars.

Better than restaurant food - at a gas station! It's quality of food you'd expect at a family gathering or church event. We had the burger and squash casserole, I'd go as far to say these dishes tasted 100% homemade.

Very friendly. Got a barbecue sandwich to go. Very large, tasty! I think they smoke their own meat and make their own sauce. Wish I had gotten more!

Love Love Love ❤ this place. I stop here on my travels to and from the beach I always make a point to stop here. People are super nice just what you would expect from food country folk.

Super nice and helpful guys working here. Good chicken strips and fries. I guess because of Corona the bathrooms were customers only.
