Instantly calming place as soon as you walk in. Check in staff very kind, ensuring you are prepared for their wide variety of services. Recently found favorite massage therapist who is very attentive. I feel he works with me as an individual to focus on areas of concern and provides feedback on what I can do at home to keep muscles happy and knot free. Minor issue I had with 3rd party booking app was immediately looked into and corrected by manager even though it was customer user error. :)

Not sure there are enough stars for Abbey and Hands In Harmony! What an experience! I cannot begin to express how amazing my session was this evening! This will become a more frequent visit for sure and we'll worth it too!
What's in a name? Harmonious! Peaceful, relaxing, clean, luxurious...all words to describe the atmosphere and experience. Abbey was my LMT. She was welcoming and accommodating. Hands in Harmony has a fantastic variety of service in modalities.. everything from a little self-care to intensive holistic healing! All of the therapists are considerate and the receptionists are always helpful in finding the right fit for my needs.

BOOK WITH SAM!!! (He is at the Cedar Rapids location). He is the best esthetician I’ve seen in the field. Not only is he so knowledgeable in what he does, but he is so respectful, gentle and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable!!!! I got a $55 luxury facial that included dermaplaning, and the inflation and redness in my skin after the treatment went down and my blemishes disappeared the next day!!!!!! my pores looked like they literally weren’t there anymore. For those who know what ASMR is, that is what you will get the entire session. I literally almost fell asleep.Just complete bliss 😭✨ in the picture you can see how my skin is literally glowing.

I haven’t gotten a facial before but I was referred to Sam and I will not go to anyone else. He has such a warm welcome when he comes to get you. I was so relaxed. The hour I was there didn’t feel long enough. Sam is so great at what he does!

What an enjoyable couples massage. One was snoring and I was almost asleep. Atmosphere and service are terrific. Great gifts for the holidays or special occasions.

I have had sciatica nerve for the past 3 months and tried all sorts of therapy it wasn't until I came to hands in harmony where I started to feel better thank you Matt for taking the time to really work on my body and just after 2 sessions I have never felt better I am so appreciative I will definitely be back

Aaron is an excellent massage therapist! I love the relaxing waiting room and they offer a variety of drinks while you wait for services.

Had a deluxe facial with Sam. He is very knowledgeable about skin care. Excellent facial. Very relaxing. Skin felt and looked wonderful! Already booked another facial.

My back was in terrible pain from tense muscles. This was my first appointment and it won't be my last. When you enter the room, soft, calming music is playing. Its a very welcoming atmosphere. Stacy did everything possible to alleviate my pain. My back feels so much better and I no longer have a headache or pinching in my back. Reasonable prices, as well. $40 for half an hour and $75 for an hour. There are also hot stone massages but you need to check pricing. Thanks for a great first visit.

I had the best experience at this establishment! I called last minute on an out of town business trip to see if I could get in for a massage. They were able to get me in and Stephanie was phenomenal! I suffer from Migraines and she did amazing “working” it out and helping aid in the pain that comes with them. If I’m ever back in the area I will DEFINITELY return!!!

11/2023: As always, the right amount of pressure applied that made me very relaxed. Thanks Ellen for making it a wonderful experience. The staff at HIH was very friendly that really made me feel very welcome. The atmosphere of the waiting area was very cozy for a chilly autumn day. I’ll definitely be back shortly.

Year 2022: I don't often write reviews but I feel like I need to write about this one. I had left shoulder injuries during 2020 derecho and at a time, even considered having a surgery to fix it. Thanks to therapist Ellen Meyer's hard work of cupping massage on me, my left shoulder recovery has been amazing, improving to ~99% mobility. I'm very grateful for her professionalism and the entire team at Hands In Harmony I have had a chance to talk to including the friendly therapist/owner Wahneta Dimmer. I'd highly recommend getting a massage here in a heartbeat. They have a great team of skilled and caring therapists.

Hands in Harmony is heavenly! Lots of different therapists (Matt Becker and Liz Erenberger are my faves) means lots of available appointment days/times. Scheduling online is easy. The reception/retail area, waiting room and treatment rooms are beautiful. It's a 12 out of 10.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The selection of services were appealing.

I've been coming here for many years. Everyone is so kind and patient. I'm a veteran and appreciate the discount for my appointments. Thanks to Matt, Paul and Ellen for helping me relieve my pain.
