Huntsville Municipal Court

Walked in and was greeted by an officer, Chad, who asked how he could help. Saw I had a handicap tag but had gotten a ticket for parking in a handicap spot. Took the ticket and handicap tag to the desk for me, copied, and brought everything back. I was in and out in 5 minutes!! Thank you Chad and all the other officers protecting our community 🇺🇸💙🖤

Had some questions so I stopped in and everyone was so nice! Chad and Nathan are the best and really boosted the morality. They make a great team and I felt so comfortable. I’d go again just to chit chat!

Nathan the city Marshal was extremely nice and has a great smile and personality. Give him a raise 😊

The ladies at the front window were extremely friendly, and proficient. There was a pretty good sized line when I arrived, so one of the ladies came out and walked around to everyone. She was able to go ahead and prepare everything for everyone, so that when they got to the window it didn't take awhile to get everything together and pay. It really helped with time saving! I was on my lunch break and crunched for time, so I was very thankful for this! It was exceptional service.

My husband had a FTA for no insurance that we was unable to pay. I called and spoke with a gentleman in the courts and he set us up with amnesty court. The lady was very informative and ask us how long we needed to come up with payment. She scheduled out for 3 months. Really helpful. Thanks for your amnesty court.

Meh, not somewhere I'm trying to be but nice enough as far as city facilities go.

No one likes going to court, but they do what they're supposed to do here for the most part.

Building is old and cold.

Don't bother calling after 4 on Fridays cause they will not answer..

NEED NEW RECEPTIONIST

I Have called multiple times and am constantly left on voicemail during regular business hours. One time I called 3 times and the 3rd time it didn’t even ring it went straight to voicemail. What are you paging your receptionist for? Sit there and look at videos on the phone? Now you’ll issue a warrant for my arrest because I didn’t pay a ticket but I can’t call to find out the date or give it the money.
