Journey Therapeutic Massage and Chiropractic

Today was my second visit with Dr. Bobby and his staff. My experience was phenomenal! The staff was warm and welcoming. Both Dr. Bobby and his staff were knowledgeable and thorough. I am so glad that I found Journey Therapeutic massage and chiropractic!

What a wonderful experience with Journey! My wife and I had the couples massage again and was once again reminded why we keep going back. Carla always helpful and friendly when we arrive and each masseuse is fantastic with just the right pressure and they are extremely helpful to place focus on the area's that you are having difficulties with. So thankful for these special folks!

I really enjoy coming here for both chiropractic adjustments and massages. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. You can tell Dr. Bobby tries to get to know all his patients. Even when they are super slammed, they always try to give everyone the same excellent service. When we have to bring the kids, they don’t make us feel like a burden.

Absolutely love this place. I have been going here for many years now for both massage and chiropractic treatments. The staff is amazing, and Karla is a true miracle worker. She always works out appointment conflicts and alerts me to cancellations when I'm looking for additional treatments. I have used many of masseuses and have never been disappointed by any of them. All are personable and professional. If you're looking for a great place for pain relief, treatment of longtime injuries, and just a terrific place to go for relaxation, then this is your place.

I absolutely love the attention they give you. The entire staff has “southern charm” that keeps me coming back. The variety of services are suitable for just about any situation requiring chiropractic and massage therapy. In my opinion, it is a wholistic approach to spinal care which is extremely important to overall wellness. I’m so thankful that I found them!

We've been visiting Dr. Bobby for a few years now and always leave feeling better than when we went in. He always asks about pain points and suggest ways to improve them ourselves, too. Everyone in the office is wonderful and I love how the space is decorated!

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: My husband would not miss his weekly appointment for massage and back treatments. Everyone on the Journey's staff is welcoming, friendly, helpful, professional. The atmosphere is calming/soothing, everything is clean with a wonderful aroma - the massage therapists have healing hands, and Dr. Bobby and his assistants listen to you, are so positive, and have a variety of helpful treatments for whatever condition you have. My husband's back pain is gone and we'll keep going to keep it that way! This is a 5 Gold Star place!

I had a great massage on Wednesday from Samantha. She is a true professional who was able to loosen up and relax a very tight back, neck, and shoulder area. She was thorough and her pressure during the session was spot on! I highly recommend both Samantha and Journey Therapeutic Massage!!!

I was nervous about going to the chiropractor. It was truly a case of being afraid of the unknown. Today I went to Journey for the second time. Again I was greeted with smiling faces and professionalism. Dr. Bobby and his team are wonderful and are doing a great job with me. I feel great afterwards. Samantha was Great! She has some of the softest hands ever and she knows how to use them! I highly recommend her and Journey Therapeutic Massage! The Best Massage place in the Madison and Huntsville area!

My wife and I originally started going here for couple's massages years ago and I have been remiss in recommending this place. I suffer from chronic pain from injuries sustained and repetitive trauma from serving in the US military. The staff are great people that clearly care for their clients. I use Bobby for chiropractic adjustments and many of the masseuses. They are all very good and the treatments have been extremely beneficial. When it comes to scheduling, they are pretty much flawless. I receive multiple text messages and emails to remind me of my appointments, so it is almost impossible to forget or miss a treatment. Additionally, Karla, the front desk manager is adept at working out scheduling conflicts and making “spot-on recommendations” for masseuse and treatment recommendations should you not be familiar with a particular style of treatment.

What a wonderful experience! Dr. Morris was so helpful in explaining our son's injury and teaching him ways to alleviate the pain he's in. Dr. Morris took the time to really help our son going forward. The laser treatment was fast and noninvasive and perfect for our 14-year-old. We've been to different doctors over two years, trying to find answers and pain relief, and we finally found that with Dr. Morris and his amazing staff!!

Great staff and environment! The staff and doctor are very caring and knowledgeable. The massage therapists are also great and the massage therapy complements chiropractic adjustments beautifully. I was suffering from chronic pain and am much more mobile after adjustments and massages. The doctor and massage therapists communicate about your treatment so they can best work together and target your pain points. Highly recommend and grateful to have found Journey!

This was the best massage I have ever had. Not only that but the staff was amazing, the facility was very clean and the atmosphere was perfect. I made our next appointment before we left. I would give them ten stars if I could. Amazing place

There really is better way to help yourself reboot and rewind. Getting a massage at Journey is the best money spent on yourself. Charlie is truly unbelievable. I told her she is absolutely magical. I felt the best I have in six months after my one hour massage.
