I can't say enough good things about this experience. We visited several major furniture stores before coming to Jeff Jones, and the furniture here was more comfortable than anywhere else, and we were able to customize it, all without spending any more than we would have elsewhere. The staff was friendly and helpful. Attached are the photos of the chair and fabric swatches we chose, and the final couch and chair we received, which were very well constructed. I highly recommend Jeff Jones.

I just read that Jeff is planning on retiring and felt compelled to write what may be the first review I have ever written! Through the years I frequented the store buying a couch here, a chair there. More times than not, however, I indeed was “just looking”, not necessarily being in the market for anything special at the time. Has a great showroom full of awesome furniture, and Shannon was spectacular at finding only items that matched exactly what we wanted. Not at all pushy, gave great advice and was 100% transparent about shipping and delivery times.

Pricing is also extremely fair, beating other downtown CR stores.

Very helpful staff, good options for delivery. We needed a couch for a future move-in date and they offered to hold it for 3 weeks before delivery. We saw the exact same couch at Ashley Furniture and, despite Ashley's "sale" price, Jeff Jones was still a whopping $400 cheaper. Only problem is it's a small store by comparison to others.

Jeff and his staff (Shannon) are top notch. Even the delivery staff was friendly and prompt. I have purchased most recently a bed and bedroom set from them as well as living room furniture on two different occasions and the product is amazing. They sell ‘Ashley’ quality at an unbeatable price. I will never waste my time anywhere else, give them a shot!

Wow! So happy with all the new furniture I bought my daughter! With Covid we had to wait a while, but Jeff got it to us as soon he could.
So glad they were opened on the 4th of July when we needed to shop.

I love love love Jeff Jones Funiture on Consignment! I can research pieces I want for my home or business take it to Jeff and his staff and they can beat the online price ! Actually put it together and deliver it for under the best online price. He is easy to work with and I have been so extremely pleased with our purchases. Side note, he checks the merchandise before it ships out. We had a delay in delivery one time because the assemblers needed to level our new chairs! I totally appreciate the quality service and professionalism as they called me to give me a heads up.

Great experience today! Staff was helpful but not overbearing. Shannon really knew the inventory well and could answer our questions on dimensions and matching pieces on the spot. Better stuff than Bill's and better prices than the big furniture places. We'll be coming back next time we need furniture!!

We had a great experience with Jeff Jones Furniture. They welcomed us at the door, but gave us space to look around and weren't pushy. They answered all of our questions honestly. We found the perfect set of almost new couches and they delivered to our rural home for a nominal fee. The delivery was right on time and they had to remove the door, but put everything back in it's place.

Their service was excellent! They didn't feel pushy about just moving furniture out the door and they didn't try to sell me things I didn't want or ask for! When they delivered my chair, they arrived within 15 minutes of the agreed upon time. While their show room doesn't have _everything_ you could ask for, it's definitely going to become my first stop when looking for new furniture!

AMAZING!!! I am so grateful for Jeff Jones. I went in knowing/thinking I knew what kind of recliner I wanted but since Jeff took his time and talked with my husband and I, he suggested a different recliner due to my low back issues. This recliner has helped my low back pain so much!!! Jeff worked with us in our price range and was absolutely fantastic to work with. I will forever be a Jeff Jones customer.

We furnished our complete house 11 years ago from Jeff and the quality of the furniture is unsurpassed. Jeffs service is A+++. Great people, great service!!! We stopped in today to look at Jeff's inventory. He has some great choices!! Love the new "anti gravity" recliner!!!

AWESOME! I found everything I needed and Jessica was very understanding and flexible with my furniture delivery needs. Finally, I was able to buy at a great value and not wait for weeks on delivery. A great experience! I will definitely shop with them again.

I bought a couch and upon delivery realized the wrong couch was ordered. Instead of telling me tough luck, or that is what I ordered, they handled it flawlessly. The delivery team, an extension of Jeff Jones, noted that they would get the correct one ordered no problem. When I spoke with Mr. Jones he confirmed that stance and never once questioned the deal. I would absolutely shop here again and would advise my friends to buy here as well.

Came on on a Saturday intending to look and *maybe* buy a sofa. Left with a sofa and a chair. Shannon was extremely helpful and made the experience painless for two people that don't like to shop for furniture.
