Mr. Rooter always delivers excellent service and returns calls promptly. I do wish they would give more of a heads up though when sending someone to your property. It’s not always easy to just be at home during the middle of the day . I think a 30 minute heads up should be given at minimum. I do highly recommend them though, friendly staff and knowledgeable plumbers !

Amazing Company! I called ,excepting service in 1-2 days! No, honestly in about 2 hours at no extra charge! The Service Tech was so polite and well groomed! Pricing , I assume with their work ethics , was reasonable and we received a Senior discount without even asking! I highly recommend this company and will definitely always call Mr. Rooter!

I have been using Mr Rooter for the last 14 years. They have always responded quickly and the technicians have been knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I had a water leak in the main water line from the street. I called and a technician arrived about 3 hours later and repaired the water line in less than an hour.
I strongly recommend them.

Our hot water heater busted so we needed a replacement. Within an hour of calling they had a technician at our house. Aaron was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did an excellent job and was an absolute professional. Would highly recommend him and Mr. Rooter plumbing to anyone.

They came out in a very timely manner despite the very busy schedule I know they were on. I worked with Ty and (I’m sorry I forgot his partners name) but they were friendly. I have no idea about pluming so it felt good they took their time to let me know exactly what happened and showed me ways to help prevent in the future.The receptionist (Chelsea) was very polite! The price was great. I will absolutely be calling this company back for any pluming issues I may have in the future. Thank you!

Thankfully, Mr. Rooter answered my late weekend call in a timely fashion and resolved a drain issue. Then a few days later, I had to call with a different issue and the gentlemen who came at different times during the week worked with me until the problem was located and resolved. Thank you to both the plumbers and the office lady who routed my calls. Yes, I would recommend them to a friend.

Very pleased with service (however not rained yet since work yesterday). They blew out drain lines from gutters out to street discharge, in both directions. Also cleaned out all gutters to validate no internal blockage. Went above and beyond my expectations

I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Mr. Rooter. After the recent snow/ice storm, my business had a pipe burst outside of the building that required water to the entire building to be shut off. Understandably, all the plumbing companies we called were super busy so after a recommendation from one of my customers, I called Mr. Rooter. They came out the same day and gave me a GREAT estimate. I called them to get on the schedule and the job was completed 2 days later. Trey did a great job and cleaned up once he was done. The job ended up costing less than the estimate. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter!!

Great experience! We had a plumbing emergency after hours, called, and they had someone here within 2 hours. George was friendly and professional and explained what was happening and assured me all would be taken care of right away. He called in a colleague and they had our problem taken care of quickly and thoroughly. Highly recommend!

My husband and I moved into the home we'd built in Bishop Farms in the mid-90s. It wasn't long until we started having septic tank issues. We called a plumber, he did what plumbers do, and we got back on track. A few months later, we had plumbing problems. We called the same plumbing company, the plumber did what plumbers do, and everything was fine. This continued for nearly a year. Finally, we decided to call Mr. Rooter - aka "Mighty Rooter." Lo and behold, we had TWO tanks instead of the usual one. I'm showing my age when I quote Mighty Mouse, but their motto should be his: "Here I come to save the day!" They have wonderful service, and the repairmen don't just assume what a problem is. They look for it and then take care of it. That was then, and still, in 2024, it's so. Thank you!

In my experience, Mr. Rooter is very prompt when responding to urgent plumbing needs. The most recent issue I had they came within 1.5-2 hours of the time I called. The answering service is polite, efficient and professional. The plumbers are thorough.

I am so thankful to Mr. Rooter company. I have used them on a couple of occasions, but after this last cold spell, it was clear that our very old pipes needed to change into new ones. They arrived the same day I called, which was amazing as many around the county had broken pipes. He did what he needed to do to get water into my house temporarily till i could replace from water main throughout house. The office staff was very efficient when calling to schedule the re-piping of the whole house. In less than a week, Tech Nash was here as planned and had the whole job done in one day! He was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I will add that of the company's I spoke with about this job they also gave me the lowest price of any of them. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

Was very pleased with the plumber who fixed the problem with our shower. The work was very professionally done, the plumber cleaned up after he finished the work, the plumber was very polite and explained everything about fixing and repairing the shower.

Excellent service. We have relied on Mr. Rooter for a number of years. They just installed a replacement tankless water heater. Myron was the technician and he was very careful to do it right, provide better access to flush ports and valves, and answered all of my questions. I could not ask for a better experience.

Absolutely and completely satisfied with their service. I had a water leak under my house just after a week long freeze and ice storm and they were the only one that could respond the same afternoon that I requested service. They come after normal hours and completed the job in a very timely manner. They actually worked until around 9 PM. I highly recommend them. I have used them before and have always been completely satisfied with their work.

They are always quick to answer and arrive shortly thereafter. Super hard working group of guys. The ladies running the place back at the office are always helpful and will call me when someone is on their way. The technicians even got the city to help us out with an undersized sewer line when they could have just told me it was my problem to deal with. Great guys, great service.

Serviceman arrived on time and located and took care of the drain problem. He was very polite and communicated what needed to be done. Lady who scheduled us was also attentive to our needs and put us on the schedule as soon as possible. We will call them again.
