Hard working group at this store. The manager always has a warm greeting when I arrive. They do a great job at getting me in and out of the store quickly. I have a lot of pre-paid shipping labels already on the boxes, and they have a space on the counter I can just leave for them, if there is a long waiting line. Great location if you need to unload a lot of heavy boxes. You can just back up in the parking space by the door and request their hand truck. Thank you County Line Rd UPS... keep up the great work.

The employees helped me with a return I didn’t understand even though there was a line.

In July, I needed to have two LARGE pieces of artwork packed and shipped to our new home - they wouldn't fit in our truck, and too fragile for my movers to handle.
The owners went out of their way to help with with this. Since I had already moved, they used my spare key to transport the artwork to their store, protect and pack it, and ship the two pieces to two different locations. This was not an easy job - the art was very large and heavy, and it took two people to lift and move each piece. They were the professionals and handled this task, keeping me informed with the process, from the packing, the tracking, to the payment. It was seamless and a load off my mind after wondering how I was going to get these to the new house. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every penny.
I highly recommend this UPS store.

My family stopped in for passport photos. We have a rambunctious 18 month old boy. Trying to get him to sit still for a photo was a nightmare. Denise was incredibly patient. Dasia swooped in and helped distract my kid so that he would sit still. I was very appreciative and impressed with them!

I recently visited this location and was assisted by Destanee. She was very informative and helped me make a decision on a postal box. Customer service goes a long way with me as a Business Consultant! She will do well with her professional attitude.

I shipped a package to Dallas on Feb 12, 21 and was supposed to get to my son's home in Dallas on Feb 16. Then the storm hit Dallas and my package got lost in Atlanta, I tracked it everyday until and it was lost in Atlanta!! I called the manager on county line Road in Madison Al (her name is Ankita). She was so polite and wanting to help me. She told me the package was lost in Atlanta terminal, she placed a "lost package request", on Wednesday feb 24 and my son had the package Feb 25th!! Thank you Ankita for your due diligence getting the results!! Awesome experience. The other employees are very helpful too.

Ashley from the UPS store was very helpful with me when I had a package that was completely damaged in shipping for my granddaughter she was able to help me as far as getting the insurance for my item back was very patient and thank you
