Great place for jewelry, tools, stereo equipment, tvs, video game stuff and musical instruments. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff are available to help with purchasing, loans and sales of a variety of merchandise. Great place for a deal on new and gently used quality items. Personally I have made many purchases of instruments over the years and couldn't be more pleased with the service. Thanks Roice, Tim and Kary for your help with everything!!

It was a hard time to part with my great grandmothers wedding set, but the ladies at Siegal's were very accommodating. From the first time walking through the the door to walking out of the door I felt like they really cared, they were very professional as well. I drove all the way from Iowa City because I was referred by "Hands" a jewlrey store In Iowa City. Thank you ladies I will be back.

Went in to find a chain for a pendant and Theresa helped me she is absolutely amazing such a sweet person extremely helpful and so understanding she made sure she took the time to help us and help find the perfect chain for our pendants. Theresa this world needs more people like you in it you truly are an amazing person with such a sweet soul. I’d give you 10 stars if it was an option so I will give you a 5 star rating ❤

This jewelry store is awesome. I had a robbery, and the thieves took a good share of my jewelry to pawn it at Siegel's. I was gone a couple weeks before coming home to find my family jewelry and much else gone. The thing that meant the most was my late husband wedding ring.
Siegel staff were so helpful( me crying my eyes out) to locate not only his ring but a couple of my pieces that were family heirlooms.
The few pieces they found meant the world to me. My heart is forever greatful. The compassion and caring they showed, showed me that there is a store that still treats you like family.

Getting batteries replaced in two wristwatches is not big business, but today, I was treated as though it was. The batteries were replaced and a wristwatch band resized quietly, efficiently... all at a very reasonable cost.

Purchased couple items from Teresa yesterday and totally enjoyed the experience!! Very helpful, knowledgeable, and fair. Would highly recommend this store.

I've done business with Siegels for decades. Most of my tools have come from there. I have always found them willing to listen to my offer. They appreciate if you do your homework, know what you want and have an idea of what you're willing to pay.

We also had some ring sizing done. They did an excellent job for a very fair price. So much so that we went back and bought a plain band for the wife for times when she doesn't want to wear the diamonds.

I have not seen the owner for years. I understand he's retired from actively working. The new generation is just as good though. Tim, the pawn-side manager, is a straight shooter. He'll treat you with respect and dignity.

Great experience interacting with the staff while I was able to unload some jewelry that I found 2nd hand. Treated me so well and have been back and going back.

Have worked with Brian on a couple necklaces and most recently an engagement ring. Super knowledgeable, personable, no pressure attitude, and received a great value. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Don't be mislead by this being a pawn shop as well if looking for jewelry. Honest, family-owned business. Be sure to consider Siegel's before being sucked into a "big box" jeweler.

I've bought quite a bit if jewelry here. Everytime I come in the staff are friendly and always eager to help you with what you want to look at. They always have good prices. Highly recommend them.

This location was recommended by someone who has sold and purchased jewelry at this location. This seems to be a Cedar Rapids staple and has been around for many years. They have a large selection and I enjoyed browsing all of their items which include not only jewelry but some purses and electronics and tools as well. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The owner was also helpful and seem to enjoy conversation with myself and other customers. They definitely seem to enjoy being a part of the local economy. Even though I didn't buy anything on this trip. I will definitely return when looking to purchase jewelry.

Brian was absolutely amazing when we went into Siegel’s for a wedding band. I had been looking for a while and was losing hope, but found the exact ring I wanted within 10 minutes of walking in. Brian was so knowledgeable on the ring and got us taken care of very quickly! I have no complaints!!

Do not let the fact that Siegel's is partly a pawn store throw you. This is the BEST place in Cedar Rapids to buy jewelry. Nice selection of new jewelry and if they don't have it, they'll make it or find it. The staff is very pleasant and they have always been very reasonable with pricing and fair with any sort of issue. My husband buys all my jewelry there, including my wedding set, and everything I own appraises for much more than we paid. Do yourself a favor and go, especially if you're in the market for certified diamonds. Avoid the chain jeweler mark ups and get excellent customer service. You won't be disappointed!

My grandfathers watch wasn’t working correctly, they did a great job getting it back normal. They also polished a family heirloom ring for free in addition to giving me some advice on how to sell gold.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience. I had my grandmothers ring that was broken and needed to be put in a new ring setting. Jane helped us pick out a new ring setting and helped us pick out new wedding bands. She was extremely helpful and helped us stay in our price range. Wonderful customer service! She even called me on her day off to update me! It’s hard to find a place that is reasonable with price and has great customer service! I highly recommend Siegles!

I had a great experience yesterday. I stopped by randomly to see if they could fix my mom's rosery that she had given me a long time ago. Some of the beads had come apart and needed to be put back together.
They were very accommodating and fixed it on the spot and when I went
to pay for it they said no charge. Wow, that is a old fashion way of doing business and I would recommend Siegel's to anyone.

I have been shopping at Siegel's for about l6 years. When I first started going there I got acquainted with Carrie and she has been my go-to-person ever since. Sometimes I have ideas and she helps complete the idea. Or, I tell her what I'm looking for and she finds it or thinks of something that will work better.
