9-1-1 is a place that people work at. During covid and the work shortage 9-1-1 also struggled. We as people can not expect the workers to answer every single call in a matter of seconds when people are calling for things that are not emergencies and are thus taking up valuable emergency time that someone else needs.
The workers work very hard and often work overtime to make up for the lack of workers. They are great !!

What can I say. They make the EMA System work, they assist with saving lives.

Very bizarre place to work

I just called 911 today and it rang and rang for one minute and 13 seconds. This was not a life threating emergency but if it was who knows. Someone can be in some serious situation and having to wait that long makes me sick to my stomach. I'm not sure what is going on there but they need to fix this immediately.
