There was 1 young lady that went above and beyond. I have been to other bath & body work stores and everyone's been friendly BUT this young lady takes the cake. Wish I got her name.

The Store Was Nice & Clean!!! The Prices Is To High For Me!!! I've To Wait To They've A Sale!!! One Of My Staff Member s Brought Some Candles & One Of My Friends Brought Some Hand Sanitizer!!!

how can u not like this place they have everything. sign up for the rewards and u cant go wrong. the pink pineapple and fresh cut lilacs is 2 of my favorite scents but there is sooo many i haven't even tried. i have really sensitive skin and anything to strong gives me headaches so if u have a sensitivity to any of this mix your regular non scented lotion with it and trust me it works but now they have shea butter in it so its really really nice

That's amazing place and I can spend all day in this store :) If you never been there right now is the best moment to go on the near BB Works.
They have amazing body lostions, candles, soaps and today I saw winter & Christmas colection.

Store was clean and organized. Plenty of friendly staff to help out and not long lines.

Very pleased with the staff especially an employee named Sky who was very polite and patient despite of the fact that the store was very busy she was still nice and willing to cater to my request of wrapping the candle holders I bought. Highly recommend this location as the staff is polite and well informed

Awesome shop. Very clean and organized! Dana I believe her name was up front representing made me spend a bunch of money lol good for them good for me. Sales are phenomenal!! Even got a couple things for my hubby.

As always, the delightful scents of candles drew me into the store, looking for my favorites and a sale. I found both! There seemed to be several people in the checkout lane so I decided to visit a different location. As I was leaving I asked one of the ladies that worked there about a particular product that I hadn't located. I told her I was in a bit of a hurry and the line was too long. She told me the group was all together. I picked out my items and sure enough the cashier was ready and waiting! I didn't have my discount coupons but she gave me 10% off anyways. Outstanding!

BBW......what can I say? Love it....especially when the 3 wick candles are buy 2 get 2 free!! All of the nice and cozy fall fragrances are out. Nice updated packaging too!

Evertime that I go to this store I always have a pleasant shopping experience. The ladies who work here are always so polite & pleasant. They are super helpful about letting you know what's new and what's on sale. I spend so money in Bath & Body Works anyway. Especially now because they have their Semi Annual Sale going on. I absolutely love💜💜 this store.

I love this location, it's one of my favorites. However, I've noticed when I shop here I find the employees watching all shoppers closely. I guess because they have a lot of people stealing. This has made me feel somewhat uncomfortable while in this store. You can't assume that everyone steals.

Store was swamped due to a candle sale! However they were very well organized and only allowed people into the store and others left! Had multiple extra cashier's on hand for the sale! Great job Bath & Body Works team! Made what I thought was going to be a miserable experience into a very pleasant one instead!

I was very pleasantly surprised with all the new products Bath & Body Works offers. There is a lovely lady at the front of the store that is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I haven't been to the store in a few years but I will return soon!

Jen is the ONLY Reason I visited this particular location in Chicago Ridge Mall.
She is OUTSTANDING!

I will ALWAYS be a Bath~N~Body Works customer. ESPECIALLY at this particular location. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING. They have great deals & good sale prices all year round. If you want even MORE savings you can sign up to receive coupons via mail, email or APP! I especially love their top notch hand soaps. I will never use any other brand. Luv this place! And u will too!!

I gave Chicago ridge five stars I wish I could have given them ten. I had gone to another location which was in evergreen Park prior to going to Chicago ridge. I give Chicago ridge five stars because they were courteous they were friendly and helpful . The employees here went out of their way to make sure you were satisfied with your experience at this location. The other location that I had gone to they were rude I felt like they thought I was doing them a favor by shopping there.

We were in Chicago Ridge Mall and I was happy to see that Bath & Body Works was open they are practicing social distancing employees and customers are wearing your mask they were not giving their regular shopping bags out you know the ones you use to place your items you wish to purchase . You had to select your own paper bag and if you were to purchase anything place your items in the bag and take them to the register . They have two hand-washing stations which is great.

The two ladies that were in there helping my boyfriend and I were so sweet, told me about the coupons and were patient with us because we were buying a lot. Definitely appreciate their patience and help!
