Good people that run this place.
Kudos to Rita and her sis Christy they run the office very efficiently and the woman cleans the room well.
Totally good place, nothing like the lies you hear.

We stayed here before the remodel and after the remodel. Absolutely worth the money. Christy is the new manager on site 24 hours a day. The old owners are gone. The new owner is a good guy. Getting better.

Love The Charles!!! Always clean homey feeling rooms. Staff is always happy to help and anything you need is usually just a knock away ;) It's ESPECIALLY been a great place to stay since the new Manager Christy started working there. #Charlestinian4life

The staff that works here isn't difficult to deal with like most motels nowadays. They actually are kind of courteous. Plus the rates here aren't bad at all kitchenette for 57$ a night. Also there's places to eat within a mile and a store within walking distance. Now that is where it's at lol. You can't beat it. On top of all this it's not on university right in the middle of the city. It's on the outskirts of Huntsville only 2.25 miles past Winchester Road driving on the parkway down 231/431 heading north towards Tennessee. You won't be disappointed if you decide to drop in for a visit here. I recommend it with a 5 star rating.

It was much better than I expected it to be...not the cleanest room but the shower was clean and the beds were clean..I was in room 10 with the full kitchenette and it was nice than u could expect from the outside looks of the place and the price was reasonable

I been staying here for a week now for work porpoises and so far I like it. I come come back from work and my room is clean and nothing is missing. The owners are pretty good at costumer service.

Decent motel, friendly front desk staff, clean and comfortable. Decent size room for the cost. For $40 plus tax you really can't find better.

When I stay here the rooms are clean, nice size and quiet over here. Management is awesome. The rates are very, very reasonable. I highly recommend this place.
