Bed side manners are almost null & void at a lot of Dr offices, BUT.... I love this urgent care. Took my son today for having nose bleeds & chest pains, they made him feel so comfortable. They are faster than the ER & keep things moving. Everyone, from the receptionist up front Ms. Ollie, Erin NP, & nurse Bhumi were all great. It's been consistent every time I've went. 10/10. Give these ladies a raise.

Excellence from the moment I entered until the moment I left. Receptionists are fast and very efficient. Waiting time in the room until they call you super fast. When they treat you you can see the desire to help you as best as possible and the nurse's assistant is very professional. The only negative point is that they now have a pharmacy. Thanks 10/10.

This is the best place to go if you need help. I have been so sick for the last month. Each time I go they make sure the find out what’s going on with me. I appreciate them so much. Thank you all so much. They are so kind and helpful. I thank God for AFC.

The entire staff from the front desk to the triage nurses was outstanding. And Mary Ann the nurse practitioner was amazing; she was attentive, professional and listened to me. I felt like a patient instead of a number. Well done by the entire staff.

My visit to AFC in Madison was quick. The lady who draw my blood for labs did an excellent job. Her name was Cristy. My veins are normally difficult to hit because they are small and roll. I didn’t even feel when the need entered my arm. I told her the next time I need labs, I wanted her.

Very pleased with the service and care I received. Nurse Erin was right on target with my medical issue. The lady from the lab gave an excellent COVID test. She was very gentle with administering the swarb. Very friendly staff over all.

Mary Ann was very polite, caring and made sure I received information concerning my visit. There was a couple of things that I wasn’t sure of but she explained well. Everyone was great and very professional!

This facility is amazing!! From the front desk staff who helped me ahead of time to make sure insurance was covered... To the nurse and provider. I came with a specific problem not expecting a nurse practitioner or PA to have in-depth knowledge about, but P.A. Smith absolutely wowed me with how detailed, educated and trained she was in my specific needs. Not just that, she took all the time we needed to discuss all aspects and options. I'm VERY IMPRESSED. My Mom recommended and now I'm recommending it.

Excellent visit! Erin, the Nurse Practitioner, was friendly, knowledgable and took great care of handling my examination! Christy, the Medical Assistant was very nice as well and when she drew blood she didn’t even leave a bruise! Thank you to both of these excellent medical professionals!!!

Started at another urgent Care in Madison last week and had a terrible experience. Long story short the doctor never checked for anything just made assumptions, gave me a generalized diagnoses and sent me on my way. With symptoms getting worse I thought I'd try a different one and I am so glad I did! I chose afc based on reviews and word of mouth from a coworker of mine so I made an appointment online which was super easy to do and was able to fill out the registration and everything easily from my phone. I got there right on time and was told to take a seat so they could verify my insurance. Sat for less than 3 minutes and was called up to pay my copay and I was ready to go back. The nurse took my vitals and I was in a room in a timely manner. The doctor came in and was very pleasant. Listened to my concerns and decided to run a bunch of tests to be on the safe side. The girl that came to draw my blood was amazing even though me being dehydrated and being a hard stick as it is made her job more difficult. She was able to stick me and get everything she needed. The entire staff I encountered today were super sweet, helpful and and listened to my concerns! They were also super fast! Even with getting blood drawn, different swabs and a urinalysis I was in and out of there rather quickly and I got a call from my pharmacy before I even left the parking lot that my prescriptions were ready. Altogether I think I spent about an 1.5 hours including stopping for my meds! I will definitely be using them everytime in the future and recommending them to everyone I know! Great place!!

Oh my goodness, they were very efficient, professional and sweet!!! I made an online appointment set for 4:00, received reminder text at 3:40. Got there, checked in, waited around 5 minutes and was called back. The sweet nurse who took my vitals was very pleasant. Mary NP, was simply amazing, evaluated my issue and prescribed medications. Was there around 45 minutes!! I actually give them a 4.75 Star Rating. Will definitely go back there again for a quick visit. Key is making an online appointment with specified appointment time.

Mary Ann and David were amazing! Not a long wait and great recommendations and care. They saw me for a recurring sinus infection and even got me a referral and some meds/shots to get me feeling better quickly. Will definitely be recommending this AFC to everyone who asks!

This place is amazing! One of my coworkers recommended I come here and I’m so grateful I listened. Eve was wonderful. She’s the first person I encountered and she really went out of her way to make me comfortable. The nurse practitioner Maryanne was very thorough and thought outside the box. She made sure I was leaving feeling better than I came in. Highly recommend! ❤

I went in to get checked out been sick for almost 3 weeks . When i say Lisa and Mary Ann was awesome . They are awesome. Never felt more comfortable in a medical facility. They are so kind and sweet . They listen to their patients. Highly recommend coming here for any medical help .

Resides my wrist injury, I was very satisfied with the service. Several people were in line but the wait was not overly long. Check-in, seen doctor, x-rays, then diagnostic review went smoothly. All personnel were professional and friendly and exam rooms clean after every patient. Location was convenient for me and would go again should minor medical needs occur.

Pretty long wait, but the physicians and staff were excellent. Nurse Practitioner Erin Burress explained everything very thoroughly, actually better than my regular doctor. Would definitely use again.

My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about AFC. The staff is professional, helpful and we don’t have to spend our entire day waiting to see a doctor. The doctors are usually personal and have a deep concern about our condition. I highly recommend AFC. A special shot-out to

Had a fantastic experience! I got checked in quickly, waited about 10 minutes to be taken back, and was very pleased with my interaction with the nurse practitioner. I will be using this location for all of my family’s urgent care needs!

My son and I both had to go in this morning, and we were in and out within an hour. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially the NP Mary Ann. They were all prompt and respectful from start to finish.
