Extended Stay America - Huntsville - U.S. Space and Rocket Center

Wonderful stay. Front desk staff were great with check-in and check-out. 1st time at this hotel. Room was spacious and VERY clean. Very quiet. The only problem I encountered was having to use stairs up to the room. I am disabled so stairs can be an issue for me. The front desk was very helpful with our next reservation here for tomorrow night. We explained my issue with climbing steps and they made sure we got a ground floor room for our next stay.

When we walked in we were disappointed we book for Friday and Saturday. The room smelled clean, the bed and pillow were comfortable. We felt safe and slept with ease. We were impressed.
The front desk clerk Ammie was friendly, great smile, professional and explained in detailed how to get to our room, the amenities and how to access them. Thank you for a great experience.

First time visiting and it was very nice, I felt safe here. The staff was more than helpful regarding the city (Valerie I think, she wears clear framed glasses).
Definitely will book here upon returning.

I had booked a room for the weekend and the room was immaculate, the sheets were fresh and the room was smelling lovely. The bathroom had plenty of towel at my disposal and the receptionist was amazing and friendly. This extended stay is a hotel I would definitely recommend to all of my friends and family. I really felt like I was at home at this hotel.

Quiet and comfortable. Also they don't do that stupid deposit thing too many mid-level hotels are doing.

Our week here met our needs completely. The room was clean, the staff was courteous and responded to our needs and the rates were reasonable. This is 5 minutes around the corner to Space Camp and the space museum. We stayed here while our grandson was attending the Aviation Challenge. although kitchen utensils, plates, etc. were provided it was easier to take paper bowls, plates, cups, and our own silverware, knives, and spatulas. Picking a queen size bed provided more room and it was a pet free room.

The rooms are clean and accommodating. I never had a problem with the staff. The refrigerator was always cold, the water pressure was decent and the hot water ran fine. The location is in an easily spotted area off the highway. It is very close and conveniently located near most things that you would need or like.

Clean rooms that are somewhat up to date. The staff was pretty good and gave me extra pillows when I asked for them. I was happy with it and the outside looked inviting when I first got there. I was happy with my stay and would recommend it. For the price we got our room it was well worth it.

This weekend was my second stay here this summer. It is very conveniently located , easy access to I-565. Check-in was very easy even though I was checking in at a peak time. Deon checked the 6 people checking in at the same time smoothly, with a great attitude and since of humor. The room was very clean and the AC was set at a comfortably temperature on a very hot day. I'll stay here whenever I'm in the Huntsville area.

I and my two pets stayed here for a little over two months recently while I was house-hunting in the area. The hotel met my needs very satisfactorily. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room including the kitchen was comfortable, clean and well kept. I used the wi-fi upgrade which was adequate for my internet needs. I rarely used the TV so can't speak as to good the channel lineup was. I did not have any issues with noise. I was very pleased to have stayed there.

Angela the manager is a super people person, very nice welcoming and she smiles easily. Her staff has all been here several years +., They're all happy here , that's clear. She is very nice and quite sweet all around with a spectacular team environment, shes designed and built.
After 7 weeks stay i came home after work to see a tv twice The size it was when i left! With Much more channels, channel guide etc...freaking awsome!!!!!! TY!!!!
The rooms nice the carpet won't dirty your socks walking in stocking feet. Shawn in housekeeping is the bomb! They aim to please here, they have good aim and shoot straight. Asia is sweet, Jim and Earl are welcoming and genuinely nice good people.Rosa Maria at the reservations line number is excelsior, and very friendly..

It was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. Reservations online were straightforward, and check-in/check-out was seamless. It's also very easy to get downtown via interstate or back roads. What inspired me to write a review was the customer service. The office clerk was relaxed, attentive, and helpful. She was very accommodating of our need for late check-out since my husband was running the Huntsville marathon. If we return to Huntsville, I'd definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for 2 nights while on a business trip. I got a really good deal online, and it was the perfect place to stay. The room was modern and very comfortable; I slept like a baby. The full kitchen was perfect when I had to work late. My only criticism is that the wifi was spotty at times.

Stayed here for the Dr. Who convention, close enough to run daughter and her friend for much less money and free WIFI. Nice clean room. Kitchen was nice. AC worked great. WIFI was great. Breakfast was Coffee, Muffins, Fresh Fruit, different favors of Oat Meal. No daily cleaning, but we didn't need it.

The location of the hotel was very easy to get being right off of the interstate. The staff was very kind and answered any questions I had. The room was clean with only very minor wear on the furniture. The included kitchenette was perfect for my lengthy stay. Would stay at again!

Now, I may have stayed at a slightly worse hotel beforehand, so take this with a grain of salt, but.
The hotel was amazing. Clean rooms, very polite people, and above and beyond service.
I swear, the service here went above and beyond. Every single time I needed something and desperately wandered to the front desk? They were willing to help and polite.

There are a few things I'd like to note:
- As with any hotel, don't store your keycard near ANYTHING magnetic. I fell into this trap twice before realizing my wallet was slightly magnetic.
- The "faster wifi", while notably faster, is not going to drop your jaw, and may be a bit much for what they ask. It's still alright enough though.

Other than that, I'd definitely say this is a great place to stay.

It's a nice motel, clean, quiet...but without the FREE breakfast it's an awful place if u don't drive, didn't bring groceries 'n such. The snacks n the vending machine were over priced, $2.25 for a 12 oz bottle of water...but at least they still give u free coffee n ur room, but NO cream & sugar...come on folx it's prepackaged, Where's the danger?!

I love this place. It is convebient, quiet, clean and the staff is both professionL and friendly. The added bonus is you gwt dishes.

The only problem I have had is not theirs it is mine. I have tried to go through perks since I have stayed her about 6-7 times but it books the other way. So I get no credit for my stay. There should be a way to still get credit..like to be able to make a call. They should look up my name and help me to add my stays.🤔🤗🙄
