North Alabama ENT Associates, PC

The front desk staff at North Alabama ENT Associates in Madison was very friendly and professional upon arrival. My wait time was minimal. The nurse was very attentive during my intake. Dr. Mike McFadden was excellent. He took time to listen to my needs and concerns, spent ample time examining me, and started implementing a course of care that is helping me head in the right direction. I highly recommend this office and Dr. McFadden!

I visited this office on 9/10, met with NP Jennifer Avans. She examined my ear, found material that had accumulated and was probably affecting my hearing. She removed the "stuff" and had
me take another hearing test. Much improved results, she was
knowledgeable and thorough, made sure I understood what she was going to do. Excellent visit, she is a true professional.

Dr. McCary and his staff in the Madison office are fantastic!! They got my son in super fast after he had an ear infection for over 28 days that we couldn’t get rid of! Everyone was kind and patient! He ended up needed tubes and everyone was great throughout that process! They even called to check on him the day after surgery to make sure he was doing okay. Highly recommend and although I hope we don’t ever need his services again if we do we will be back!

Our entire family has been patients of Dr. K'S for around 13 years. He is very patient, kind and explains everything in a manner that is easy to understand. Dr. K has done surgeries on each of my children with great success. I have referred many friends and their families to Dr. K if they have any ENT issues.

The staff was friendly and professional during my visit. I was called back at my appointment time, no waiting around because they scheduled too many appointments. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I understood what my options were. It was a great experience.

The waiting time has always been prompt and with atention to the prelimanaries. So happy to be a patient and the problem taken professional care.

I love this practice! Dr. Hobbs and Jennifer his assistant are so kind and knowledgeable about my care. I wear hearing aids and love the Physician's Hearing Center! Everyone is top notch!

I am so thankful for North Alabama ENT Associates, PC. The office staff is very kind, friendly, and helpful. I have gotten a sinus surgery and my tonsils removed from Dr. John Kostrzewa and both surgeries went really well. I feel so much better now and cannot recommend them more!

I have been a patient at NAENT for a long time. My doctor retired, and I saw Dr. McFeeley for the first time. The hearing test went well although I had to wait a bit as the audiologist was backed up. Dr. McFeeley and his assistant were very caring, knowledgeable, and gave lots of good info including paper copies that I may find useful. The front staff were professional, and especially the checkout person was very nice. I have heard from one of his patients that Dr. McFeeley is extremely busy, so I am concerned that I may not get to see him in future visits. I will leave another review if that happens.

Dr. McFadden and his staff are great. They take the time to listen. He has all the tools you would expect. Everyone in the office was terrific!

I have been a patient of Dr. Martin's for many years. Sadly, he retired at the end of 2023. I was transferred to Dr. Hobbs. I was very happy with the care he provided at my last appointment.

All are diligent in helping you feel better and doing whatever it takes to accomplish that. Never been dissatisfied with the care or service. A very caring group of people.

The people that call to set up an appointment were not very friendly. The staff at the window so nice and amazing. The nurse practitioner was awesome.

The staff was friendly and they did a great job checking everything. They explained all my options in a way that I could understand them. I would recommend going here if you need an ENT.

I had a great experience at ENT. CNP Kara was very helpful in examining me as well as helping me get my yearly ear exam.
