This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. The whole property was clean and you can tell they took great care in maintaining everything. The rooms were spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend!

A great experience staying for ten nights in July 2023 for business.

Housekeeping ensured to clean the room daily. Even though I made my bed, they made sure to put their finishing touches on it. Having a fresh set of towels daily and a clean room after work was nice.

The breakfast could be better, more so heat and serve items.

The indoor pool & hot tub is nice. The hot tub could be more desirable. The highest recommended temperature is 104°F, and it felt lukewarm rather than a spa.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had some late mail arrive after my stay & departure, and hotel management worked with me to forward the package to my home residence.

I recommend this hotel and stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

This is a great hotel. Friendly staff and nice, clean rooms. The breakfast was top notch with a large variety of choices. Highly recommend.

I stayed at this Comfort Inn location in late June 2023.

The first thing a noticed was how friendly and attentive the staff was. Everyone I came in contact with was warm and welcoming. I could feel that they wanted me to have a relaxing stay.

The room was well cleaned and the bed was super comfy. It was pretty hot outside, and I was able to bring the temperature in the room down to sleep comfortably. The water could get hot and stay hot, which I really appreciated.

Breakfast was perfect for my needs: grab something quick to fuel me for the day.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was really the highlight of my time here. The level of service I received has only been matched by a 5 star hotel in New York City.

The stay was great, very comfortable, and everything around you, but the check-in clerk was kind of rude, but Sam was very nice when we checked out

Clean, comfortable, and great breakfast. I have stayed here twice on my visits to Huntsville, and the staff is so friendly and attentive. Let me tell you an awesome experience i had here. The first time i stayed me and my partner and I stayed here when we came to see Widespread Panic at the Orion. We then, after the three days, were headed to Orange Beach and then onto Deer Creek to see Phish. We discovered that when leaving the beach , we had forgotten two sweaters at the hotel. We called and asked if they had seen them and at first said they did not, but later called me and said they had found them. Now, how do I get them? I asked if i set up shipping and had UPS come pick them up, and would they box them up. They said yes, gladly! But that's not it. UPS later said they would not go pick them up, so now what? We this is where the real customer service comes in. The manager said he would go drop off the package. I can not tell you how grateful i was to get those back. Thank you. i will always stay at Clairion Properties.

The BEST place to stay when in or around Hunstville. We were coming through town on our way to Orange beach after stopping in Tennessee at an Econolodge we ultimately decide was unsuitable. This comfort in is VERY well managed. Rooms are clean and comfortable. (We were traveling with my brother and his family, so we had two rooms 8 of us total). Breakfast is hot and as expected, good enough to get you going. Here's where decency and integrity come in. My wife, in the midst of travel, forgot/lost her wedding ring and anniversary ring in the bathroom. We were sickened by this and figured we would never see them again. 2 days later the Manager Sam called and said they found them!....unbelievable. I would definitely stay here again and can't thank Sam and his staff enough for their efforts and honesty. THANK YOU!

We stayed at the Comfort Inn Huntsville, AL on our way to Orange Beach for Spring Break. I did not realize it until we got to Orange Beach, but I forgot my wedding ring our hotel room. We called and spoke with the manager, Sam. He was so kind and helpful. A couple days later I got a phone call from Sam that they found my ring!!! Thank you Sam and the housekeeping staff for going above and beyond to find my ring.

The motel was great. Rooms was clean and breakfast was great. The indoor pool was was nice and warm. Sam and the rest of the staff took good care of me and my family

We traveled from Tennessee to bring our 9 year old to her first concert which was in Huntsville. We looked specifically for a hotel with a pool near the venue! We had such a blast! The staff was wonderful and everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly. The room was spotless! We had a blast and will absolutely be staying again next time we're in Huntsville.

The most amazing part of staying here however, was something that happened after we went home. Our daughter left one of her favorite stuffed animals in the room. I worked with Sam and he helped me by finding him in the room, getting him packaged up, and sent off UPS to get back home. I really felt he went the extra mile for us. I have one very relieved little girl. I really appreciate the extra effort and the amazing follow up to ensure we had this very special dude heading back our way. Thanks for letting him stay a few extra nights on the house ;-).

I stay a lot of hotels for work and it seems like a lot of them have minor issues that when combined together translate to a bad stay. The comfort inn on University drive did not have those issues. They clean my room every day. The hotel was clean and respectable. No bad smells inside. The staff was attentive and friendly and were quick to get you whatever you needed. The only time over my two weeks here that I had to go and ask for something was my room key had expired.

They do a lot of little things that make for a good stay and I would be happy to return anytime.

Spacious, extremely clean hotel. Rooms are beautiful, everything functional in the room. Added bonus of drink and snack machines. Staff helpful and friendly. Definitely will return. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We drove from Charlotte to Huntsville for a last minute trip. Booked here online and it went beyond our expectations. Service was outstanding, price was reasonable, breakfast was yummy(eggs, sausage and those waffles), rooms were clean and updated. We will definitely come back.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was great. A really great value. The staff also went out of their way to help return an item I left behind.

Excellent service provided by the front desk college student. she was so sweet with my daughter letting her show all her sea shells! Bad storm came and she was such a comfort to us. Room was amazing and absolutely loved the pool/hot tub area!!! This is the place to stay if in huntsville! Breakfast was great and location was pretty good as well! Please let the sweet night desk girl she was amazing def made our stay worth while since we had to leave the beach early due to storms

The room was very very nice and the service was even better than that! From start to finish every single interaction was pleasant and very professional. Will be returning here to stay every time we need a hotel in Huntsville!! Thank you Sam and all the staff!

A very clean and friendly place to stay. The pool and hot tub areas were very clean all the chemical levels seem to be in check. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Huntsville.

Great room, a great selection of food for breakfast. The pool an hot tub were wonderful after the drive getting there. Would most definitely stay again.
