Rent-A-Center

My husband and I walked into RAC on Wednesday afternoon to look at washers and dryers. We found a set we liked and told the man we would be back the following day with my check stub. On Thursday after lunch, Mr. Hunter called and asked me if we were still coming to finish the paperwork for the washer and dryer. When we arrived at RAC, they already had everything set up from all the paperwork to what time they would deliver the following day. All I had to do was sign and pay the first payment. My husband and I are very pleased with the entire experience.

From the day I called to set up a rental for a washer and dryer, I have always dealt with a manger by the name of Kasey. Kasey is nothing short of amazing. Always professional, polite, and she truly cares about her customers. And it shows. She has worked with me several times during rough times to ensure I didn’t lose my rentals. Matt is one of the best people I've ever dealt with, he goes above and beyond to do any and everything he can to help you out and make your visit the best it can be. Would definitely recommend him to any of my friends or family.

Best Rent-A-Center I have been to, hands down. When you walk in, they remember who you are, just like family! I would highly recommend Rent-A-Center to my friend and family because of the great staff!

Update: Management has changed. Kyle and Hunter are now the if the store andit's awesome! Would still recommend!

Hunter Coon is the most amazing employee I have ever came in contact with at any RAC location I have ever visited! He is so helpful and friendly and goes above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely recommend visiting this location if you are ever in the area!

I love this place!! I came in this location feeling like I couldn’t get anything because the previous rent a center in Andalusia,Al decline me and I came here and Kyle help me and told me to fill out the application and I was approved he help me find the perfect bedrooom set.!!

Megan is an amazing retailer. She’s helpful, resourceful and makes getting furniture not as stressful. She was polite and had a lot of patience with me when I couldn’t decide. Any furniture I buy in the future will definitely be from her!

I would absolutely recommend using this location to anyone. The manager and the staff are beyond professional and very helpful. They will work with you in any way possible and if they do not have what you are looking for in their store, they will search around until they find it.

Hunter Coon is an amazing employee. Super friendly. Helped me pick out the perfect mattress and gave me a good deal on it. Would recommend dealing with him.
