Called earlier this morning around 9am to cancel an appointment that was made for my older brother about an incident that occurred last weekend of him with another person and since my brother has a learning disability in which there's times he needs assistance in understanding the lady told me '' you didn't have a right to make the appointment in the first place for your brother'' and that '' he's capable of speaking for himself''. I told her I spoke to another lady this last Monday to set up the appointment, and she claimed that the lady was training and didn't have a right to tell me that information. Worst service ever, I don't know who hired this lady but this was insane. Made me sick to my stomach.

I have rescheduled my appt 3 times . So this last incident Ms . Robinson claimed on my recording she dont know what's legal or illegal. Make that make sense why would I let you handle my case.(crooked employee) Then she states well if you don't have a witness I cant do anything. My witness made the 20m 911 call edward mcneal. Um maam my whole police report says possible home invasion. I ask for her full name she tells me all I need to know is Robinson. Then she says will do you have a video , yes his neighbor has the whole thing. they have tried they best to COVER UP THE LIES BUT GOD KNOWS AND SO DO MY VIDEOS OF THIS FRADULENT LADY GETTING PAID OFF TO WORK BEHIND THE SCENES #CROOKEDSUPERVISOR

I called to try an get help for my boyfriend who was in jail during the time. The officer who answered the phone was very rude and not willing to help.

Someone pulled s gun out on me and was threatening to kill Huntsville police did nothing to help at all the did not care they did not arrest the girl I had more than enough solid evidence

They never answer phones. What's the point in there job's & business??

They would not help me with my case
