Great experience buying a mattress at Bedzzz Express. Mark was knowledge and very enthusiastic working with us to find just the right bed. Price was competitive and delivery as promised. Highly recommended.

Great experience at Bedzzz Express! We visited several mattress locations and came back to this one; mainly because of the salesman, Lawlous Parker. Lawlous spent a great deal of time educating us on the different types of mattresses and answering our many questions. With the prices of mattresses these days, we wanted to ensure we got the best value for the money spent. We also worked the manager, Mark, who was extremely helpful as well. An overall great experience! Would highly recommend this business!

Despite the last-minute price increase of the mattresses I purchased, I had a wonderful experience. The price change issue was an honest mistake and the wonderful attitude of the salesman made it easy to forgive. He was friendly, informative, and very helpful. Which was a little challenge because he was the only person there and had another customer when we came in.

We recently went looking for my daughter a new bed, went all over town trying to find a good mattress that will last her on into her teens, Mark was very nice and professional, never once felt pressured to buy. He helped inform us on different things with different mattresses. When we found the one that we wanted, which was already on sale, he checked the manufacturer website because they occasionally run 2 day specials which could help lower our price. Mind you we had no problem paying the sale price as it already was better priced for the quality than any of the other stores we had been to. He was able to save us an additional $100 for a high quality mattress with a lifetime warranty. Rarely am I impressed with a salesman, but he has definitely earned out future business.
