Best Western Huntsville

Great value for your money at this BW. Nice and easy check-in process with this very knowledgeable staff!
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was nice and clean, and the breakfast was delicious.
I loved that coffee machine!!
I will definitely stay here again.

I've stayed there a total of 3 nights. At first I was concerned about the sketchy area, however, I was pleasantly surprised with my entire experiences.
The rooms were exceptionally clean, as was the lobby and outdoor areas. Very well maintained.
The staff is very friendly. It was clean and quiet. Will stay again.

Stayed here over the weekend and we had an INCREDIBLE time! Monia at the front desk was an absolute doll, very helpful and always made us feel welcome whenever we entered or left for our day. Highly recommend staying here if you're passing through Huntsville :)

A friend and I went to Huntsville for a concert I had to work late so we drove down after I got off. When we arrived to check in there was a little problem on my end that needed to be taken care of before we checked in. We was tired from working and then the short drive then having to wait to get my Authorization form before we could check in.. Again that was on my part,but the staff was so patient and caring..They would come out and check on us and Even asked us to come in and eat some breakfast while we waited .The front desk went out of their way to help and made us feel welcomed.. They helped me get my Authorization and we checked in.. The rooms was very very clean. The whole Hotel was so clean. All the staff we came in contact with was so friendly..Will definitely go back!! Thank you all for everything you done..

Stay was great, we arrived early and they got our rooms ready super fast! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Was in a good location for my job site and close to food

Great and close location for the Space and Rocket museum. Rooms had a refrigerator and small microwave. Would have been nice to have coffee maker in room but had in lobby. Nice breakfasts. Comfortable beds. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Also close to pharmacy and some restaurants. If back in Huntsville will stay again.

Our van broke down going from Florida to Ohio. We picked Best Western because it had nice reviews over other hotels in the area. We only had a couple options because we had to be close to where our van was towed to, to get fixed. The staff was absolutely amazing. We ended up there for 2 nights till the van could get fixed. We had two pre teen boys with us and the front desk staff Monica and Scott always checked on us and were so sweet to our boys. The breakfast was really good with lots of choices. It was super clean and the house keeping staff were very sweet as well. They were very busy but always said hi to everyone. I highly recommend this Best Western. Thanks for making a bad situation manageable.

So, DOD traveler, this was not our first choice. Our LOA hadn't gone thru so our Druiry reservations were canceled. All that was left was BW and Comfort Inn. Man... when I tell you these employees go out of their way for you, words can't stress it. Great staff. In the heart of Huntsville. I'll book this location from now on. Mo and Scott crushed it on customer service and there was a sweet older lady behind the desk in the morning that always just wanted to know how I was doing. 10 stars out of 5

Come close your eyes into restful sleep. Surestay By Best Western had great insight in remodeling with fresh paint, new furniture & updated bathroom. Nice to be greeted by Hasmita & Sandy. I was so impressed, I'll stay again!

Great reasonably priced place to stay and lay your head. Only 2 miles from the Von Braun Center and at least half the price of the ones right next to VBC. It appears the entire place was renovated from what was probably a 20-30 yr or old establishment but everything from the lobby to the room was clean and it served its purpose. Internet was solid. The room was clean and recently remodeled. The microwave was clean and worked. The fridge was cool and the bed and pillows were comfortable and warm. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come into town for a convention or another activity in the area.

Amazing location , great service ,very friendly staff , would definitely recommend staying here . Stores all around for your convenience and door dash is available for late night cravings . I will definitely be booking this hotel for future trips , hopefully soon

My room was clean, attractive, and conveniently located. The staff was courteous. I would be happy to stay here again.

Edit: After getting on the leaving to spend the day in Huntsville my daughter realized she left her favorite plushie she was devastated. We went back and they said it had been thrown away. We went to leave and the man working the desk came out to the car and the cleaning lady took us back to the dumpster with gloves and retrieved the plushie! Amazing! I had even offered to do it if I could get a pair of gloves. It meant so much to us! The plushie is now washed and back where it belongs!!

Was quite skeptical when we pulled up cause location was alittle rough, But rooms were super nice and smelled good. Customer service was A+. 10/10 would stay again

Love the update to this hotel new management has really stepped up and did a great job renovating into SURE STAY. I would gladly stay here again!! Love the breakfast options also.

I stayed a total of 9 nights. The rooms were nice looked exactly like the pictures. The prices were good too. It’s on a strip close to everything I definitely recommend!

The room we stayed in was handicap accessible. The room was clean, linens both clean and attractive. The employees went out of their way to see to it we had anything we might need. We will definitely stay there again.

I have stayed at this location several times when in the area for work. Scott at the front desk is a gem! Scott is always consistent with his service & hospitality. The rooms are a bit small but always clean & comfortable. The air purifiers are a definite plus! Breakfast is good the only thing I’d change is to serve real eggs & add a 2nd waffle iron, there's a lot of construction or road crew workers that stay at this location & the waffles seem to be a favorite as there’s always a wait for it. Thanks for a stress free stay with every visit!

Beautiful very comfortable clean room. The staff was very helpful and attentive during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and in the future and I will be back.
