Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I can’t say enough great things about this place. Bailey and Dr. Henrich were super nice and knowledgeable. They took their time to explain everything to me as a new patient and genuinely cared about me and my wellbeing. I even got a welcome gift bag, which I absolutely loved. I will recommend this place to everyone I know. I even encouraged my family to change dentists and drive over an hour to come here instead.

I am very impressed with the CR Smile Center. This was my very 1st visit! They greeted me, gave me a tour, were very friendly, and informative! They also explained everything in everyday terminology! Thank you for making my first visit comfortable!

Went there for my first time & had a great experience! Kaela & Loren were amazing! They talked me through everything they were doing & what would be happening next! Friendly staff & left with a little welcome gift! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a dentist!

I really like going here for my dental care! Dr. Yossi and Chloe are so gentle, and I know I am not going to be in pain afterwards. Everyone here is really nice. You can tell that they put a lot of thought into making it a pleasant experience.

I live in SW Florida now but I grew up in Iowa. I had not been to the dentist in years out of fear from when I was in my 20s in NC. I decided to go to dentist back home with the urging of my cousin. I didn't have anything really wrong just needed to start going to the dentist again after 35+ years. I cannot express how nice and polite this group was to me! Extremely professional and explained everything to me every step of the way. They worked in appointments on additional days that worked out with my flight home. I have just average Joe dental insurance and I was so pleased with what I paid for the work that was done. I really felt like it was a value. If you have been gone from Iowa for awhile and travel home a few times a year I would definitely recommend this office for some old fashioned real dental care by caring people, instead of what is often offered in big metro areas for dentistry. Salt of the earth folks!

This facility is very clean and the staff are great! They explained everything to a level everyone could understand and I highly recommend Dental Smile. This will officially be my new dental facility.

I'm not one to leave a review, but each time I call or visit this office, I am impressed so I felt compelled.

The entire team is great; front office, Dental Assistants, my hygienist Jill, and Dr Henrich are all incredible. Jill is knowledgeable, thorough, gentle and compassionate. Dr Henrich is kind, listens to concerns, and is gentle as well. Additionally, I'm not sure how he does it, but his technique for numbing is virtually painless - it's honestly pretty amazing.

I have always had a quick turn around for procedures any time I make an appointment. In fact, in February, I needed an emergency appointment and they got me in the very next day. When I arrived I was pretty upset from pain and knowing that I likely would need an extraction. Everyone was so kind and reassuring, even while delivering the bad news. My assumptions were correct but I needed to be referred to another office. They made it happen though and got me seen there the same day of my appointment with them. This type of turnaround was definitely unexpected, given how busy offices are (especially specialty clinics) but very much appreciated. Truly impressive.

Kaela is an amazing hygienist!! She cleaned my teeth well. She was very knowledgeable and informing. I felt well taken care of during my cleaning visit.

Never thought I would say I love a Dental office, but it's true, been going here for several years now, and it just keeps getting better :) All the staff are friendly and professional, yet treat you like a friend; I can honestly say even after two fillings and a tooth filed down, no pain :) Thank you Hygienists Andrea and Kristi, and Dr Heinrich :)

I was looking for a dentist in the area and after a long search I choose CRSC and I have no regrets. They are organized, on time, friendly and walk you through everything. I am always nervous to go see a dentist but they made me comfortable. They also said I have great gums and I walked out with the biggest smile!

My family and I have been going to the smile center and Dr Yossi for over 25 years. It is a great place to go and we have referred others there too. We have had plenty of visits during this time being a family of 5. They take great care of us.
Example-This year while on vacation in Europe I broke a tooth! I contacted the CR Smile Center via email and worked with Makayla, who was fantastic. Great communication, had an appointment set up for the day after I returned home. I would highly recommend CR Smile Center to anyone looking for a caring, reliable dental practice.

I had my first appointment here after not seeing a dentist for around 5/6 years. Everyone was really nice, answered all my questions, and constantly made sure I was comfortable with what they were doing.
The pricing was really fair and I plan to have this dentist be my main going forward for as long as I live in the area for the foreseeable future.
Would highly recommend if you have anxiety with dentists, they are very accommodating.

I haven’t been to a dentist in 16 plus years and with convincing from my daughter I made an appointment with Dr. Watson and the experience I had was better than I had expected.

I did not feel judge for not going to a dentist and felt very comfortable at the office. So please if you are needing to go to the dentist and it has been a long time trust me you will be accepted and made to feel comfortable.

To say they are good, it puts them to the test. Making all the smiles, let's them be the best. When it comes to dental care, they allow all to see. The caring people working in the office of Dr. Yossi

They are good. 40 years and I'm still coming back twice a year to see my dental family taking care of me. When you want best ... C.R.Smile Center is the place.
