Prices quoted are outrageous; even notary services are 25. + $for each additional signature, when the average charge for this area is 7. for first signature and a dollar for each additional signature. My son has gone there asking for embroidered designs and was blown away by the ridiculous quote. People with due diligence know and abhore this kind of greed. Businesses like this are fishy and remind me of storefronts that are really for something else.
