Suntex Boat Club

We rented a pontoon boat for half the day and it was so much fun. The entire process was super easy. We were able to select the boat, date/time we wanted, and pay all online (no hidden fees). The day of process was really smooth and everyone was so helpful. This is definitely on our short list of fun things to do!

First time our family rented a boat & the experience was amazing! Boats were very clean, the staff was very friendly, courteous & helpful. The whole process of renting the boat was super easy as well. We will definately be renting again soon! Thanks Suntex for providing our family an awesome day out on the lake!

As a member of the Suntex Club.. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff, the deckhand are always very nice and helpful! The manager Shane is always very helpful with anything you might need. The mood at the club is always great! everyone is super nice, helpful and just all around good people. I will never look back at joining the club! we always have a blast! and never one issue. 11/10 Suntex!

So if you are a member, you are required to go out with someone and let them go over the boats with you, teach you things, answer questions, etc. and you have to do that to operate the boats as a member. (so far I am the only one that has done all of that)

Yesterday, my fiancée and I took out one of their awesome ATX surf boats... She has NOT done the training session and has also never driven a boat.
I love to wake surf.
so that was a big deal in joining the club being able to have my fiancée comfortably tow me to surf.

Not only yesterday did Shane the Manager at the club take her out to do her test, and now she can drive the boats.. (fitting this into his day!)
they know how much i love to surf! so....
And sent us out with a kicka** young man named Cooper, who taught her how to do everything she would need to know to tow me to surf, while i got to surf!

Really i cannot say how incredible my experience with Suntex has been.

We plan on taking boat out today to surf, she is comfortable within that 2ish hrs. of Coopers instructing to tow me! Also drive the boat around the lake!

Again, I really cannot speak any higher of every employees that I have had the pleasure to work with!

Wow what an unbelievable experience. The teenagers working at the marina were professional, courteous and very helpful . We rented two boats and had a wonderful experience . My girlfriend was almost shocked how professional , polite and hard the young people were at the marina. We travel often and usually get horrible service from the younger generation. . The boats pontoon and ski boat performed flawless and were well kept . The rental experience was very easy . I recommend that anyone thinking about it to SPEND the money . Trust me . It’s worth every penny . My family left with all smiles even though we were sunburnt red. Lol

I love the way everyone on the crew makes sure you have a wonderful experience on your boat. Boats are clean and prepped, crew helps you load your bags and coolers , Bluetooth hook up assistance …. Etc. Shane has really turned things around at Suntex Eagle Mountain Lake and we as members are so appreciative of that !

If you want a boat membership with a team of people who treat you with respect, remember your name, boat deck crew with terrific attitudes, and who sincerely care about your safety and enjoyment … this is a boat club for you. I’ve been a member for three years and must say this new team has made 2022 the best year yet ! Keep up the great work and know that you’re appreciated by satisfied boat club members.

The operation is much more enjoyable under the new management. Shane gets the boats ready and clean, while the young dock hands are always eager to help. Great selection of boats and great bang-for-your-buck. Happy boat club member

I want to work here so much. How could life be any better than to get to see the lake and touch the water every day. I go to this location to workout and to feed ducks or seagulls or to think about my life and sit quietly in gratitude. Me and my lil doggo. Thank you.

I was surprised to show up and see a team of 5 people managing the boat rentals here. This just speaks to the level of service you get. The process was very efficient and painless. Mike was incredibly helpful getting our family everything we needed and walked us through every aspect and feature of the boat we rented. The boat was very clean, comfortable, and in fantastic shape. It felt like we were on a brand new boat. They fueled it up and all we had to do was drive it away. Upon return, they were there ready to receive the boat at the pier. We just walked off and went to dinner. I can't say enough about how professional Suntex at Eagle Mountain Lake is. Great crew. Thanks so much!

We rented a pontoon boat for my daughter's birthday. During the day, we interacted with about 6 people, and every single one was incredibly friendly. Each person would wish her happy birthday, and they made the visit a lot of fun!

We got the part boat withe the slide and the kids were in hevan. They were amazing even in the rain. A storm it us and they came for us and made it right. Thank you for your amazing customer service ❤

Everyone is courteous and the store was clean as well as the bathrooms and the boat we rented was clean and maintained.

I went with a contractor friend to look at the slip one of his clients has leased. He is going to set it up for family gatherings. We looked at it, then looked around at how other people have outfitted theirs. Some are pretty nice, we got a lot of ideas.

Very accommodating for our large group. The boat was clean and the staff was great to work with. Would definitely book with them again.
