Had my hair done today with Jric and he was wonderful. Great personality and friendly. Love how he did my hair it looks beautiful. I will definitely come back to have Jric do my hair again

I would like to say i am very satisfied with this location’s customer service. I saw a comment that this rude lady Katherine MC made about the salvation army. I hate to see Americans mistreating and under appreciating other Americans. Especially when they are kind and welcoming. They never ask or demand money. The gentleman and his wife sings church and christmas songs. Opens door for people and always greets them!! He helps disabled people to the car. When people need help with their bags, he helps them. I’m assuming it’s because he’s a gentleman of color. It’s 2023, we need to get over ourselves and the “old way” of things. This is a very kind man who is not demanding or rude. Please be kind to others, and dont go out your way to spread hate on apps like google reviews lol. You’re a grown woman, show some respect to ones who deserve it. Have an amazing christmas and happy holidays!

Another department store without an electric cart. However, I brought in my rollator and could sit down halfway through my journey. The fitting rooms are on both sides of the store but on one side, it also appears to be a styling salon where I was also shopping for a dress so I walked ALL the way to the other end of the store near the junior department for the fitting rooms because I did not realize this. The Fitting rooms were closed and I wasn't going to make it back to the other side for at least 40 minutes before I would get my strength back. Fortunately, they opened the room just to allow me to go back there and try on these dresses. It was very kind and I do appreciate it.

Clean, well-staffed store with courteous and helpful employees.

One helped figure out a price, another stopped to make sure we got all the little pieces and another wheeled everything out to our truck while my friend rang us up.

Between coupons, clearance and rewards, we cleaned up!

Haven't been to a JCPenney's in forever. Pretty good stock and variety. Good sales as well. Got these shoes for $15 a piece 🤏💰.

Used outside pickup. Was quick and easy. Ordered online. Best way for senior citizens.

Great retail store for family clothing and supplies. Offers petite sizes and clearance items are a steal. I always love the coupons that we could use without restrictions and makes it worthwhile.

I needed a new sport coat and my wife suggested we stop at JC Penney, since it was right there. We'd just been in the Men's Wearhouse and not found much, and I didn't have high hopes for JC Penney. Boy was I wrong. They had far more choices than I expected, and we found one I really like. They also had some pants and ties that work with it. The biggest surprise happened at check-out though: when we said we didn't have a JC Penney card and didn't want to get one, the cashier told us there's a coupon on the website. She proceeded to guide us click by click to find the right coupon on the website so she could scan it, and saved us $160! We were blown away by both the savings and the kindness of the cashier. We will definitely be back.

Britney Tarpley at their Salon inside JCP is the best colorist in the greater DFW area! I have finally found someone who can do my blonde hair and do it right, SO HAPPY!!!

Angelica at the front was excellent. She shows such patience with a new hire and was very helpful. Some staff could be a bit more chipper instead of ho- hum. Picked up so Christmas items for cheap on the 30% coupon

Great shopping experience thanks to the little young lady with black hair named Jusledy. She was very helpful and took her time in helping me find what I was looking for. I will be coming back to this location again as long they continue to have employees like her.

Was in here earlier today to go to Sephora...I didn't catch his name, but -I believe he was a manager- the man who greeted us when we walked in was amazing! He was very friendly!! I'm currently on crutches, and we had a nice conversation about my injury that gave me some piece of mind. He offered me a wheelchair to get around the store easier, which I also found very kind. Very much appreciated!! 😁

Since I didn't see my receipt stated I only had 7 days to leave a review with the code I wanted to leave my review here. I wanted to thank Fae for all the help she gave to me and my girlfriend. We came a couple weeks ago (Dec 15) later in the evening. We came looking for a blazer for a job interview, but after looking around with the help of Fae we ended up liking the look of a certain suit brand. In the end we bought a full suit (jacket, shirt, 2 ties, pants, and a belt), my first full suit, and absolutely love it! Fae helped in so many ways from advice and suggestions to helping find matching ties to go with it all.
While I've yet to hear back about the job interview as the holidays put everything on hold, I am exponentially grateful for all the help she gave and would come back to shop at only this location because of her. Thank you, Fae!!

I was so upset after my experience at another JCPenney yesterday I decided to come to this one since I'd never been. Fantastic shopping experience, the layout is easy to maneuver and there's plenty of space between the racks to shop freely with a toddler in tow. Won't go to any other location but this one in the future!
