The super friendly young staff sure knew how to help me get loaded up for Christmas gifts today! I really appreciate their help navigating the store, seeing I did need a basket after all, sorting out my coupons and showing me that awesome $40 gift pack ( I bought 2!). I LOVE Bath and Body Works!! This store is new in Alliance and their staff are absolutely sweethearts!! I was able to shop comfortably, only checked on a couple times and even before I got there, I had to called just to see if they had finally opened! They did! We had a good laugh and I was able to get everything I needed/wanted and loved it! I definitely will be back!!!

This store is clean and very well stocked. The store employees are very helpful and can answer most any questions about their products. They were quick to offer suggestions to us for gift options. The candle section is so large. We found exactly what we wanted. The only downside cand be the variety of strong smells. We brought a small plastic bag of coffee beans to sniff between testing products. It might be nice for the store to offer this - but that is more of a corporate level issue than a store level. Overall a delightful experience. Would highly recommend

Bath & Body Works is always #1 to me. I went in today to find a new scent to replace the one I had. There was nothing wrong with it, I just wanted something cool and crisp. Once again, Bath & Body Works did not disappoint.
It's called "Sweater Weather" and it is an absolute dream!

Brooke was awesome! She helped us find the perfect Christmas gift for my mother-in-law and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we came for!! Loved her customer service and she is the exact reason we love coming to this specific location.

Alliance town center can be very busy but it has some great shops. The customer service here was awesome! My boyfriend and I were with his kids who are 5 and 6 and the staff was so patient with them. I will definitely be back to buy some more of their always lovable products.

I went last night as they had their $5.96 all lotions sale. They were going to be gifts for my daughters teachers. I try to be savy and Frugal when spending money so I had already calculated how much I wanted to spend including all the coupons I had. When my total showed up on the screen I didn’t feel like holding up the line as there were several people behind me and I would only making the waiting time longer by asking for a break down so I just requested for the receipt to be emailed. Once I got to my car I noticed the receipt had not been emailed. Given that I had already Fixated on the amount I thought I was going to pay I went back in the store mind you I had just picked my toddler from day care so I really was reluctant to go back in. I also hate the feeling of being overcharged so I got back in line and went back to the original young lady who rung me up. Since I couldn’t find the receipt she called the manager on duty which was Jalen who after several of minutes and much diligence she was able to find my receipt and together we looked at it. She was able to pin point the problem and corrected the issue. She refunded me the difference all meanwhile also keeping count on a promotion they were running, while also making sure the rest of the staff stayed motivated. The whole staff was very patient and friendly to my toddler. She definitely is the definition of a great leader and it shows by just looking around at the presentation of the store and the smiling faces of all the young ladies working there. I applaud all the staff at this location. I will definitely make this my primary BATH & BODY location to shop at.

Great sale, customer service was excellent. The young lady going to TWU for child development but working. Hats off. Ms. Jill completed our sale at the register. I had fun shopping.

The staff here is really nice and the store is organized neatly! Staff checked in on me often and made sure I was good to go with anything I need help with.

They let in a certain amount of guests at a time, great crowd control. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful store and great staff. The manager Tisha is super nice and all of the staff were really good. SO excited to have the new store open in our area ❤.

How can you Not love Bath and Body Works

I really like the cactus blossom candle and anything eucalyptus. I love their pocket hand sanitizers too.

I love the coupons I get in the mail. Keep them coming so I can keep shopping.
