Eastern Iowa Health Center - Dental Health

I went in today as an emergency walk in got there at 8:00 am and was out by 9:07 am. Entire staff was super nice friendly! I injured my bad tooth (😂) and it needed to be extracted and I didn’t even realize it was out. Awesome technique nice easy hands!! I highly recommend this dentist and staff I wish I could bottle their energy and customer service skills and take it with me everywhere I go. Awesome sauce x10

I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL TO EASTERN IOWA HEALTH... DENTAL!!!!
I traveled from Dubuque to Cedar Rapids for a dental emergency. Unfortunately they don't have the tools for a root canal, but they did everything in their power to give me relief from the constant pain. Offered me extra numbing shots for a few hours of pain relief, Jorge offered service on Saturday with affordability and ultimately got me into another local dentist at Eastern Iowa ENDODONTICS and I finally got relief with a smooth root canal... They both worked together and saved the day... I wish they were closer to Dubuque because I don't remember ever having such amazing dentistry and service in my community.
I cannot thank you all enough for how gratefulI am and how kind you all were... Genuinely caring people and take their jobs serious...

I called them at 1130am about a toothache from hell. Told me as a walk in I might have to wait. It's 4:20 and I'm waiting on my ride back to my truck! These people where great and definitely a life saver. I never wanna have that pain again, but if I do I hope I'm in this area and definitely will come back. And as a truck driver, I really got lucky being this close to this place.

Dr Jones is a phenomenal Dentist always making you feel at ease about what she is doing at all times. Will explain what she is doing or what needs to be done. I have been to many dentists n either the staff are rude or dentist are rude and don't care what you are saying or how your feeling. I have been coming for awhile now and staff are also kind. My kids also come n have never had problems. Would highly recommend Dr Jones she is very knowledgeable

I came here with a tooth I've been needing pulled for almost 2 years but I was too scared to do it, I finally mustered up the courage and did a walk-in appointment (7:45am and 12:45 are there walk-in hours!)
Right when I arrived the receptionist was so kind to me and that helped ease a little of my anxiety, they told me they may not be able to get the extraction the day of which I was fine with but I really wanted it done so I didn't have to worry about it anymore, when I got back into the room my nurse took some x-rays and asked me if I wanted the extraction done right then- HECK yes!!!! They got me super super numb and got the tooth out so quick. My doctor was so so incredible, she kept distracting me and telling me how brave I was and complimenting me, they sent me home with plenty of meds and gauze and I am no longer as afraid of the dentist after having such a positive experience! I would highly highly recommend, they seem to truly care about there patients and the walkin time is so fast!
I was literally shaking the chairs from anxiety and they reassured me I was no burden to them, such a fantastic experience, thank you guys again! I can finally sleep at night without this constant worry!!!

They were all very polite and the female dentist we had for my grandson was very thorough as well as the nurse who took the dental pictures.

I have great things to say about Everyone working at Eastern Iowa Dental Center. Not only did Dr. Jones and her assistant work smoothly together but they had a friendly and fun demeanor about them that I'd prefer to have at any appointment! The 3x tooth extraction was a fun experience and you can't say that often enough!

....I'm editing my review and adding my opinion on 2 more doctors in their office. I usually see Dr. Cooper. She is very caring and she does wonders with both me And my 7 yo son. He was very nervous for a filling and would hardly sit in the chair but she is patient and compassionate so she gained his trust right away!

....But today I saw Dr. Natalie Sour. She is kind, compassionate and understanding with all my particular needs. She is also very thorough doing the best she could do. To be honest, I fell asleep a couple times and it was super comfortable as usual.

Also, very assistant I've met has been a pleasure to talk with and they make my son feel welcome and at ease, which is usually impossible in a doctor/dentist office.

The 2 receptionists, Courtney and Kyle, work really well with me on scheduling and every time I've come to EIDC or called, they know who I am right away and are consistently been pleasant, helpful, and kind.

When I need to go to the dentist, it's not a burden. It's very enjoyable! Thanks ladies for all you do!!!

Such a great dental clinic, I have never seen since I arrived to cedar rapids, the doctors, Nurse Practitioners and all staff are amazing.
They are all very professional and and friendly especially Dr. Diana Jones, Dr. Saur ( 🥳🦷), Dr Stead, Courtney, Jill.
They always take time to listen to take appropriate action on the symptoms. As much as I talk about them is less, they deserve more.

I called Tuesday bc I had horrible pain and stiffness in my neck from a broken tooth I’ve had for awhile and wanted it taken out. They wanted me to come in that evening but I wasn’t able to get there until Wednesday. They told me to arrive at 7:45am and they’d fit me in. I was seen no later than 8:30am. All of the staff was polite. Dr Jones is AMAZING! She took her time and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. I felt cared about. I got to listen to my music as well as talk to her and her helper. I’ve had horrible experiences with previous dentist but I would 101% recommended!

Had a badly infection and rotten tooth needing to be pulled. I have a resistance to the numbing shot. The doctor was very friendly and sympathetic. Was able to get my mouth numb enough to extract the tooth without much pain. (About 0.5 out of 10 pain wise.) Made me feel cared for.

I had an emergency and they were great to get me in. Thank you Brittney. I have always hated going to the dentist but Dr. Jones was fabulous to work with. Dr Jones and her assistant made sure I was comfortable throughout the repair. I appreciated how soothing the office and staff were. I will definitely be going back for regular care.

The staff was amazing with both of my kids. My 5 year old was very anxious but they made it a very easy process and she is excited to go back They took the time to show both of them the proper way to brush their teeth as well. Brittani was a pleasure to work with when it came to scheduling my appointments too. Great place!

I can't say enough good things about Diana! I refused going to the dentist for many years, I had an emergency and they got me right in, gave me the best care and I go back with no worries!!! I have had multiple family members also go here and all have had positive and happy experiences as well! Thank you to everyone there!!!! ❤

I’m 42 years old I’ve been to a lot of dentists in my lifetime and this one tops them all this far. Super awesome thank you to Chris (dental hygienist) at the Eastern Iowa dental center on the southern east side of Cedar Rapids, my smile looks so great, thank you 🤩, you always give great advice and I’m not sure how you guys do it but I always feel 100% comfortable Interacting with you🙏🏾. I’d also like to say thanks to Candace, I think she works the front desk. Candace’s customer service skills are superb, she’s always polite, her pronunciation and overall speaking skills are great🤩. Thank you Candace for always being Patient and making me feel comfortable at Eastern Iowa dental🤩.
Madeline stead, yeah that’s one of the general dentist at eastern Iowa dental clinic and words can’t hardly express how excellent of a dentist I think she is 🥰. I recommend the Easton Iowa dental center based on the fact that, they blend exceptional dentistry work along with excellent customer service and people skills together perfectly. I appreciate you all at eastern Iowa dental, thank you so much for all that you do🙏🏾

Dr. Jones was wonderful. Had many teeth extracted and she made very sure I was comfortable and numb while doing procedure. She always explained why she was doing the things she was doing.
I recommend Dr. Jones to anyone that needs dental care. She is an all around hreat person and dentist. The staff here is wonderful as well. I wish I could remember the assistants name because she was wonderful as well. Thank you for everything.

I was initially not expecting much with a low income clinic, however I've came to them three seperate times with tooth pain and they were miracle workers in getting me in and taking care of my issue quickly. I can't say enough great things about this clinic!

I had a tooth break off , with a filling in it. I called around to bout 6 different places, and the lady at the corridor dental asked if I had called eastern dental. I had never heard of them I replied. So I called. They got me in that same day , and the dr. I believe dr. Jones was over the top ..5 plus stars.
I have never in my times going to the dentist felt so comfortable and reassuring. She talks to you and listens very well. And very caring and gentle with her patients. I would reccomend her over and over again! And she did fabulous work on my tooth !! I will also say her dental assistant was very kind as well. And anyone I've spoken to at the receptionist desk is very friendly. A very great place to go to have any teeth work done. Thank you again for helping and being so caring , all of you. You all deserve a A+.
