First time my wife and I had a great experience. The only issue we had was that the music atmosphere was loud. So we had issues talking to each other. But I would definitely go back.

My bartender, DeAnna, was fabulous. She was extremely professional and created perfectly mixed drinks. She was very charismatic and helped decided what to order. The only downside is I couldn’t get her number. 😜

Stopped in last week and had the best experience ever! Our server Nicole was the best! She knows how to connect to her guests and steered us to the best drinks and most wonderful food! She’s definitely one of the few best industry workers left in the industry! Great gob!

Our server, Christian, did an outstanding job! We were greeted with a smile : ). She was very attentive and it was obvious that she was happy to be there to help us out. I ordered steak and lobster! She even sold us on dessert. The only suggestion I would make is about the amount of salty and spicy seasoning used on the steak, next time I'll order my steak with no or just a little seasoning. You have a great employee in Christian! Thank you for your patience and kindness during COVID.

I recently dined at Outback in Cedar Rapids and had a very good experience. The steak I ordered was cooked exactly as I requested. The wedge salad was generously sized with well proportioned toppings/dressing.

What impressed me the most was the manager's presence; she not only checked on our table but also made rounds to ensure every guest was enjoying their meal.

My husband enjoyed his steak and shrimp pasta, noting its good portion size and flavorful preparation.

Our server was attentive and accommodating throughout the meal.

The only feedback I have is regarding the timing of our courses. We received our appetizers and salad, but our entrees followed closely behind, which felt a bit rushed. Overall, though, it was a satisfying dining experience, and I would definitely return.

I have been to this Outback several times and it has consistently delivered a pleasant experience.

Had the prime rib and dang was it good! So much leftovers I had a couple more good meals from it. Good service and staff.

Had a great experience here food was excellent and also had a great server!! Server Nicole not only is she a server working at Outback but she is consist on checking on her tables making sure they have what they want or need and makes sure meals are satisfyingly good and cooked to satisfaction of the guest/customer and if it’s not then she fixes it right away..

Perfect way to celebrate Spring Break on a cold day in Iowa! Love the food and the service was outstanding!!

We've never had a bad experience. It's a little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. I usually get the honey glazed pork chops. Delicious food and great service!

Great place, fun environment, the food is great, my server Erin was great, and she was always willing to help get anything I needed even if she was busy with other customers. She's a nice person to talk and I enjoyed my time while I was there.

Walking into this restaurant you could tell the atmosphere was great. Had good vibes all around, and especially our server Mackenzie. She was very polite and did not hesitate to help us with our questions about the menu and different entrees.
The food came out faster than I would have thought; since it was so busy.
Mackenzie was also very attentive to our needs with refills and other items we needed throughout the meal. She did so with a smile on her face; you could tell she enjoyed working there.

We aren’t ones to eat out at restaurants much. But thanks to the speed and quality of the food, the amazing service we received from Mackenzie and just an overall perfect mood that was set when we walked in, I can tell you we will most definitely be coming back.

I’m not from the area, but I ate at this location recently while visiting a friend. I can say I hardly give out 5 star reviews, but my service was immaculate. My server was Mackenzie H and just her smile alone earned this restaurant a 5 star. Not just her smile, but her positive attitude as well. She was very knowledgeable with the menu options & ultimately helped me decide what to order. I have absolute no complaints & I will definitely be visiting this location in the future! Ask for Mackenzie, I promise her service won’t disappoint!

Wonderful place to eat. Prices are nowadays average. We had a delightful server. Food was good although the chicken in the noodles was dry and tough

We went for lunch on Valentine's Day. Food was fabulous. Staff was fantastic. We were seated by Christian, who was lovely. Savannah was our server and she was amazing. Olivia brought out our food and was very pleasant and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and we will definitely be back

My wife and I went to Outback with typical expectations of “chain” restaurant food, armed with gift cards.

Amber (our server) and the kitchen staff on duty today made sure that our expectations were exceeded!

We have no Outback near where we live anymore, so traveling here requires a cleared day. So, it sets expectations a bit higher. Amber immediately made us feel comfortable and made sure we had what we wanted, customizing our orders to ensure that we truly enjoyed our meal.

Her personality was warm and welcoming, and immediately set the stage for a highly enjoyable Sunday lunch.

Our beverages (simple enough, yes?) were even customized to our taste. We ordered appetizers (A blooming onion and Nashville hot wings) that came out hot and fresh, and tasted excellent! Our meals were cooked to perfection. My wife had the Alice Springs Chicken, which was moist and juicy. I had the Porterhouse, which was well seasoned and a perfect sear.

Of course, we had leftovers. No two people could tackle all the food we ordered. We have lunch for the next couple of days!

Amber coordinated all of this, and despite the restaurant rapidly filling with other patrons, she remained attentive without being obtrusive, ensuring our drinks never ran dry.

Why write such a lengthy review of a “normal” restaurant experience? Unfortunately, in our experience, this is uncommon. I can’t speak for Outback, as we don’t get there often, but restaurants near where we live don’t provide this level of service or quality of food.

I actually pulled the manager, Zack (I hope I spelled it right, could be Zach), out of the back where he was helping to cook, just to praise the service and the food. It was that good of an experience.

If you want a high-quality Outback experience, go on Sunday shortly after open and ask for Amber’s section. I’m quite certain that she will ensure that you have a wonderful meal tailored to your likes and dislikes. She did for us, and we will be back!

Had another awesome to-go experience at Outback Steakhouse, and Braydin made it even better. The pickup was crazy fast, and Braydin dropped some useful tips during our chat. Plus, now I'm in on the Dine Rewards scene. Big thanks to Outback!
