I recommend The Floor Store for all your flooring needs, they installed my floors and I love them. I have had numerous compliments on my floors! Brent and his installers go above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers!

I had a flood in my kitchen which ruined my floors in the main part of my house. We went to the Floor Store and met with the owner who was very helpful. We picked out carpet and tile and had it I stalled within a week. It has been a few months now and we are loving our floors. The crew who came to install were friendly and professional. Will be using them again for the bedrooms.

I would never do business with this store again, ever. The very first problem I had with them, was I ordered a whole house of carpet, and drove from Ft. Worth to Cleburne, and the owner completely forgot my appointment after I had driven all that way. Then after I ordered my carpet, several years later, it had begun to wear and show it in the pile. When I asked the owner to come out to look at my carpet, he said he would contact the manufacturer about the warranty. He never did anything about it, and never came back to fix my problem. He was so unprofessional about me and my problem and could have cared less about my complaint. A good carpet and flooring company cares about their consumers and their products, and this company doesn't care.
