The workers have been helpful and answered any questions. The facility is clean and easy to access. Online prices were very reasonable. We have been very pleased!

This facility has a person on site! Jason was friendly and very helpful. He let us check out a unit and got our rental set up in no time. The facility appears to be well managed and maintained. It was a much better experience than dealing with other facilities that have “virtual management.”

When my family and I arrived at the property, Jason was doing his rounds to make sure everything was excellent. We called the number he had posted and he immediately met us at the front office. When we entered the front office, I was blown away from the fresh scent and how clean the area was. I even used the restroom and it was immaculate! I have never been to a storage facility and felt so comfortable; in addition to the cleanliness, Jason was so welcoming and he was genuinely happy to help. He showed us our unit and we were beyond pleased. Jason is a Rockstar and he makes you feel valued. As my family and I were leaving, we noticed him on the property picking up trash where inconsiderate drivers on Jeff Road had thrown towards the property. I absolutely love Jason's passion for perfection and my family loves that we've chosen this location for our storage needs. Please look at this location for all your storage needs, you will not be disappointed!

Extremely professional, kind, and easy to work with. Highly recommend. The facility is extremely clean as well. The employee that helped us see the unit and the employee that helped us secure our unit were very knowledgeable, kind, and patient with all our questions

I have never had a storage unit before but I have heard many horror stories. I can happily say that my experience has not been one of those. I would like to thank Jenny for being flexible and always treating me with kindness, as my situation was pretty rocky. She was always willing to work with me and always a joyful person. There aren't too many people in customer service like her. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.
