USA Storage Centers - Madison

It was a real pleasure doing business with USA Storage Centers in Madison. The facility and property are super clean, as well as safe, and stayed that way the entire time I stored my belongings there. Both processes of moving in and moving out went smooth and easy. The on-site representative was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Excellent experience!

Jurnee was very professional and swift! She got everything I needed in a timely manner, with the best attitude! Will definitely be back.

Great experience with the no touch rental. The units were new and clean. Easy load / unload with multiple doors on several sides. They had a cart for use in the main building. They didn't raise my pricing in the 3 months I was there and had some amazing deals online. Gabby was very nice over the phone but I was able to move in, stay 3 months with 2 units and move out without ever meeting anyone in person. Highly recommended.

We had this unit about 2 yrs and it was always clean and secure. The manager was very helpful and there was a $10 increase in rental only 1 time.

I've only had positive experiences with USA Storage Center in Madison. It's easy to reserve units online and manage my account, and when I stopped in to finalize a new rental unit, the site manager was pleasant, kind, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in providing true customer service!

Renting a unit online was super quick and easy. Prices are great and so is ease of accessing the unit. The store manager, Gabby, helped get everything squared away for us. She was extremely thorough and helpful throughout the process and was knowledgeable and friendly. We are happy with our choice!

Manager Angie is amazing. She helped me with all of my Concerns and questions. So appreciate her customer service skills. Definitely need more managers like her. She helped me when I am not even a customer of her location. She kept me as a customer.

I have used USA Storage Centers for my 2 storage units since 2019- Angie was such a blessing to work with! She went above and beyond in learning more about my storage needs- she provided recommendations based on what I was looking to store- and most importantly- she did so very sincerely and with true heart and kindness! Angie was absolutely the best at getting me the first storage unit I needed and then the second one I needed right across from each other so I was lucky. She was fantastic about me moving out. She was great anytime I had questions. She also helped my daughter get a storage building and my ex-husband to get a storage building so she really took care of the whole family like a pro and we are so happy with her. Cleanest storage building I’ve ever seen in all my 44 years and the best people to work with you.

(update) owner/manager really keeps an eye on the place. Spotted us moving our main stuff in last Friday and helped us get an additional unit that we needed - one non-climate controlled unit had just come open! We continue to like doing business with her.
