Pace Academy was great!

My child has never had to attended PACE, but I know several students and parents who went through the PACE nightmare!
The simple fact that traditional public schools send students to PACE, who they target and classify as troubled or delinquent, and force students to stay in PACE to finish out the sentence enforced by the school board and school systems, and continue to force students to attend PACE AFTER a court of law dismisses and throws out bogus claims made against students by the public school… should speak volumes about the corruption behind it all.
That tells me that they have to meet some type of attendance quota in order to receive funding.
The students forced into PACE are treated like convicts in prison. Many students can leave with PTSD, depression, anxiety, anger displacement issues etc.
It’s no different than how they run state funded jails, juvenile delinquent centers, and prisons. They don’t get funded if they don’t have people to fill it.
I would encourage every parent to research into the federal funding behind PACE. Their federal funding is supposed to be a matter of public record. However, public schools and systems affiliated with them only publish the bare minimum. You have to dig for and demand ALL of their “public records” and there’s still no guarantee that you’ll receive it. Which is another reason why these school systems and state funded juvenile delinquent centers have gotten away with what I like to call their “Kids for Cash” scheme!
