Little Rosie's Taqueria

I think I made a GREAT choice! I was stopping in on my way down to Birmingham and this is a surprisingly awesome little spot! Give them a try! It's similar to a Chipotle. Order off the menu and wait for your food to be ready (vibrating tickets) and get a margarita! They have those! Lol
The rice is not overpowering like some Tex Mex places. The beans are a perfect consistency. Not too runny and everything did have flavor. I was happy they had some hot sauce available for spicing up the salsa. They have a decent little salsa bar.

Love this little spot. It's perfect for a quick bite, and the service is great.
The entire time I was there, someone was cleaning the floors and tables, so everything was clean and neat. This place was where my wife and I had our very first date 12 years ago, and it's always been great every time we come back.

A family favorite for us! Little Rosie's is the superior quick service Mexican restaurant in the Huntsville area! From the salsa bar, to fresh Tortillas, to the raspberry Margaritas you can't go wrong. A true gem from breakfast to dinner and in between!

Little Rosie’s is by far some of the best TexMex in Huntsville! It is essentially the fast casual version of Rosie’s which is one of my favorites.

Everything on the menu is good but I highly recommend the beef fajita salad with the house dressing. You can’t go wrong with a side of queso blanco either. They have a salsa bar to fix your own salsa. One thing that Little Rosie’s has that Rosie’s does not is the cinnamon nachos and they are to die for! Definitely get an order of those, you will not be disappointed. If you’re looking for an alcoholic drink, the Mambo Taxi is the best! It’s a margarita with sangria mixed in.

Order at the counter and you will receive your drink along with chips and a pager to pick up your order from the pickup window. Seat yourself as there’s plenty of tables and booths to choose from. There’s even a nice enclosed patio area.

Little Rosie’s is allocated at the front of the Publix shopping center at the corner of Airport Rd and Whitesburg. It’s easiest to enter from Whitesburg to get into the parking lot.

Little Rosie's never disappoints. The food is always delicious. Everything on the menu is good. A couple of my personal favorites are the chicken enchiladas, as well as the Fajita wraps or their Quesadillas. The Queso Blanco dip is also really good.

If you haven't been to this place, you are missing out. My favorite dishes are the beef fajita wrap combo, and the taco/enchilada combo.y wife really like the pocket tacos. Their salsa bar is also pretty awesome. It can b quite busy at lunch, so be mindful of you are short on time.

Never disappoints! Food is always delicious and fresh. Service is quick even though they stay busy. Reasonable prices and large portions.

As always the chicken pocket taco combo was superb. Ordering is often times an issue because of the line not being organized at the register. As the norm the atmosphere is noisy but quaint.

I was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting a Rosie’s Mexican and it was fast food place that served quality food you would get at Rosie’s Mexican. Even got to have a beer. If you are looking for great food and fast here is the place. Even has a drive through.

Got us through the pandemic and continues to be a weekly tradition. Rock-solid consistency. Try the shredded beef tacos! Outstanding option that's often overlooked.

Delicious food. We had the combo plate #11- taco and enchilada shredded beef. Would recommend to anyone.

Love the place somebody from back a house even help me Ulysses. Great guy. Great work ethic. And he's serious about the food there. And the food is seriously good. Highly recommended. And back of houses in order.

Little in thier name hits the nail on the head. A spot that I have never seen or thought about since moving over here 12 years ago. So small on the outside, however comfortably seated inside. Nice and clean space. Great staff. Mexican fast food. Great food to me all the feel of a sit down restaurant with a fast food pace. Price is not low but good for what you get. 10/10

Excellent location for breakfast with prompt service, and quality food. Ordered the spanish omelet which comes with potatoes, refried beans, and handmade tortillas. They offer a salsa bar and free refill drink machine.

Very nice place to grab lunch at a reasonable price. The food is delicious and the customer service is always great! I have had a few hiccups here on my orders but overall they go above and beyond to make up for it! The chips and salsa are amazing!

Simple and delicious Mexican food with fast service. It takes a little longer to get a table when busy because you stand in line to order. But worth it.
