Came into store and all the employees were so friendly and found a buggy for me when all were in use. Several employees asked if they could me find anything. Love all the Walgreens stores. They have the dollar deala and great clearance prices. I have had great experiences in all the stores! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just used this location for the first time today and they were amazing! I switched from another location I used for several years that I recently had been having an issue with (taking days to fill meds in stock, receiving text meds were filled/prepaying for them only to find out they had not been filled upon arrival, mistakenly being given someone else’s prescription, and honestly not very nice 🤷🏼‍♀). Today at Walgreens on Whitesburg I was greeted with a smile, filled my prescriptions quickly, and didn’t mind taking the time to enter my good rx codes even though it required printing a new leaflet. It was a welcomed change and I look forward to using them again next month! Thank you!!

My name is Maximo cantu. I go to walgreens on whitesburg Dr and airport road in huntsville alabama. People forget how stressful it is on pharmacist. There was a lady to today 5/10/22around 920 am. She was so rude to the point of cussing under her breath. For me they have always been very nice and patient. Dealing with my kidney and gall stones has been tough. Plus my son has asthma thru the years. Just wanted to say they are not just professional but very nice, neighborly. Definitely recommend.

The pharmicist with the little scooter thing, Mary I believe was her name.

I cannot say enough good about her. Best damn employee in the pharmacy buisness. Always looking out for the customer.

Manager and staff has been helpful each time I have gone in. They are super friendly and ready to stop what they are doing to help me find what I’m looking for!

The staff is nice. It is the pharmacy drive through that is frustrating. The call button doesn't trigger any alert to let you know it is working, no one comes to acknowledge the call and ask you to hold, and you wait 10-20 minutes before anyone speaks to you. A simple technology upgrade would improve the experience.

Please fix your bathrooms or have another option till it's fixed.

Where are your employees going to the bathroom? I know OSHA requires you to have a bathroom for employees, so do they have a bathroom?

Unfortunately, Ally's law is not recognized in Alabama yet. It should be, especially at a pharmacy where people with all types of medical conditions frequent.

Ally's law requires businesses to let customers who have certain medical conditions use the private employee bathroom.

There have been no public bathrooms for at least 3 weeks to a month. This is not acceptable.

I've had faster experience at the DMV. 😒

My husband writes-I didn't start complaining about this Pharmacy until I have been disrespected to many times by the techs.& the pharmacist.I didn't say anything to Tech. Jordan but complained on the reviews several times.Tech. Jordan was charging me full price when my Insurance covers me.I said I was covered and ended up getting reimbursed for 3 prescriptions.I tried to tell the pharmacist (Mary)about how I've been treated and I had the conversation on body cam and she started yelling," I don't want to watch no videos!Another time I was just out of the hospital and needed my meds and he said it was lunch time and it was 1:20!"Now when Jordan is there he want even wait on me.Today the Techs(David & Tia)said they didn't order my monthly pills and there not getting them in. I replied if all Wallgreens we're doing this and he said yes.I left there and got my pills filled at another Walgreens with no hassle.They lied!They like to send you on a wil goose chase.There had been many more incidents I have recorded on my body cam.I have remembered my faith and dealt with these situations the best I could.It's in Corporate 's hands now or a lawyer if need be.

The pharmacist is a rude woman not very welcoming at all I definitely will never go there again she is very rude and very disrespectful and when working in a place that has to deal with patients and people in general you definitely need to have someone in there working that wants to work and even if they don’t have respect when talking on the phone and answering questions. She is very rude and needs to be trained on customer service I would never ever send my medications to this pharmacy on whitesburg dr. again. AGAIN IF YOU CANT BE NICE OR SPEAK TO ME AS SOMEONE IS BOTHERING YOU YOU SHOULDN'T WORK THERE PERIOD

Maybe I'm mistaken. I thought Wallgreens was a pharmacy. I'm here at Wallgreens at 4:20 on a Sunday afternoon. The store is open. The pharmacy is closed. I'm glad this wasn't an emergency.

went here to get a vaccine and the pharmacist and the techs were so rude! this is why I do my business with publix pharmacy now… don’t bother with this location!
