Springtown Pharmacy

Yesterday was my first experience with them. The staff is very kind. It was very important to them to give me the very best price for my prescriptions.

The staff is very friendly and they process my prescriptions super fast.

Hands down the best pharmacy around! They take care of you and treat you like family. The Pharmacist is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain things when needed. The staff is amazing and they work very hard to assist all of their customers. I absolutely love the new phone system it lets you put your meds in the system no more having to wait till they open.

Had just gotten out of the hospital and needed meds on a Sat. We were going to arrive just after they closed. The nice guy stayed a couple extra minutes so we could pick up much need scripts!!!

Oh man - anyone reading this review needs to switch to Springtown Pharmacy. They are quick to assist, have wonderful items in their store and take the time to ensure you fully understand how to properly take your prescriptions. I have been using them for about three months now and will never go back to the local superstore with long lines and a lack of true customer service. Springtown pharmacy also takes the time when there is a communication breakdown between your physician and the pharmacy to make things right - unheard of in this day and age, when most pharmacies act like it's a hassle to contact the doctor's office on your behalf.

These people truly care about their customers! They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. My whole family has been with Springtown Pharmacy through the years. Even with all the changes and growth, one thing stayed the same, the care and compassion you only get from your hometown pharmacy. If you haven’t made the change yet , do it now! At Springtown Pharmacy they know you by your name and that makes a difference! Thank you all for taking care of us!

Rx called into wrong pharmacy and at closing time, Springtown Pharmacy calls the other pharmacy to get the meds sent over and filled them. They could have told me I had to wait until tomorrow but they didn't. They care about their patients. Love our pharmacy!!!!

After having a horrible experience with CVS not mixing my daughters prescription correctly I decided to give springtown pharmacy a try. I was not disappointed! Great customer service and very efficient in filling her prescription & counseling us on his to use it!

Best small town pharmacy ever! Love the pharmacist- he is so informative. There was a medication called in for me that was expensive, and the pharmacy team was very sweet and really looked out for me to find a cheaper option. Great pharmacy team!

Great service, with a drive through

My doc called in a prescription this morning. I followed up not even a couple hours later and my meds are ready. Unbelievable. Very friendly staff. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you SP!

Thiams drugstore is efficient, friendly, and always available to answer the phone quickly. My son is a special needs person, and this pharmacy has gone above and beyond to assist him. We appreciate them SO much!
