Yesterday, Dakota installed an electric water heater after the one we had went out. He was very professional, was clear in explaining all of our options, and patiently answered all our questions about how to maintain & care for the new one.

We are confident that a good job was done.

Landon from Hutchins came by to look at our toilet that was dripping like a running faucet. He was here 2 hours after I called the company. He fixed it in 45 minutes and was so pleasant to work with. Jeff was an hour late but I’m sure he got held up at another job. He explained everything he was looking at and everything he did. He gave us options of what repair we needed. He was very polite and helped all he could on the billing. He gave us the military discount. I would use them again if I need them.

Great service inspection of our HVAC unit today. Jeff is always friendly, efficient, and thorough. We never have to worry about the unit going out at an inconvenient time. We will continue renewing our service contract for many years to come.

Great to work with the technicians from Hutchins Plumbing today. They worked three jobs for us, and each was done professionally and efficiently. Our work was non-emergency, but they came out quickly, provided an estimate, and arrived when they said they would to complete the work. They had all the parts and tools needed to work the three issues and had them all finished in a day. Dakotah was friendly, explaining each job done and offering advise as needed. What a pleasure to deal with this company. We will be using them again.

Donnell came out today to work on our a/c. Super professional, amazing knowledge, really nice guy. Diagnosed problem within minutes and made fast work of repairs. 5 stars doesn't seem enough.

I had a problem over the weekend with my air conditioner. They came right out and looked at it and realized the issue. Unknown to me the part was under warranty and they fixed it. They could have charged me for it but honesty goes a long way in my book.
