Andrew Le is hands down, the best salesman there. We were having communication issues with the original salesman because my brother and his wife speak Vietnamese so Andrew stepped up and helped us out. He was patient and communicated very well with them and we were in and out in 3 hours. Not bad! Purchased a 2024 Honda H-Rv. Great job! Keep this guy!

I hate buying a new car. But I went in to David McDavid in Irving and met Zara. She was wonderful. Made the whole process halfway enjoyable. I was very pleased with her and the others I met. The finance person I dealt with was so nice. I can't remember his name. But I was pleased with that part of the experience also. I still hate buying a new car, but highly recommend Zara. Meeting her was the best part of the experience, oh, and my new Passport!

Thank you to Rojit Shakya for the wonderful experience buying my new 2024 Honda Civic EX! Negotiations and pricing were done via phone, and then I showed up in person to finalize the purchase. Rojit was extremely friendly and kind during the process, even offering to deliver the car when the detailing was finished. He even got the gas tank filled the following day after we realized it hadn’t been done before I picked it up.

Highly recommend this dealership, and especially Rojit. I spoke with at least four other locations looking for this specific car, and even went in person to Grapevine. Irving was the most professional, straightforward, and welcoming of those I tried negotiating with.

I’m here to brag about Lucio Luna providing excellent service each and every time! I’ve been a Honda customer for over 7 yrs and used to go to another Honda dealership for many years. I decided I needed a new dealership for my services and gave Honda in Irving a shot and I was lucky enough to get helped by Lucio and I must say I was extremely impressed! He’s not only extremely knowledgeable and proficient but truly does listen to the customer needs and provides appropriate feedback which is always appreciated! He truly goes above and beyond for his customers and I appreciate all of the honest and hard work! Although there’s closer dealerships to me I will happily drive to a dealership where I know the service will be outstanding. Thank you so much Lucio for providing an excellent experience! After spending all day visiting 4 different dealerships, it was very refreshing to walk into David McDavid. There was no fluff, reasonable options, and a very fast process. I had expected to spend the rest of my evening negotiating and waiting for the car to be ready, but I was in and out in about in hour. Overall very good experience.

I reached out to David McDavid Honda to view a vehicle I had seen online. Allen reached out and was very personable and friendly from the start. We had to wait about a week to see the car due to it being in the shop, but I loved it from the point of me seeing it. I have to say when I went the first go around, I wanted to purchase, but the sales manager we had been working with along with Allen (which was completely no fault of Allen’s) was not that nice, rather curt, but still Allen stayed kind and considerate. I came back about a week later and decided to purchase it. Upon reaching out again, Allen was still friendly and kind. I went to test drive the vehicle and decided to purchase. The other sales manager that came to finalize the details this time was kind and very polite, and respectful. I say all that to say, if you are looking for a vehicle, please shop at David McDavid Honda, don’t ask for ANYONE ELSE ACCEPT ALLEN! Made an appointment same day to have my vehicle serviced. Soon as I got there the technician was professional and welcoming. checked me in and explained the process of what to expect. I Waited in the lounge area as my vehicle was getting service and received text updates on any required actions. Took about an hr to complete the process while I waited in their comfy lounge. Best experience. They really care about their customers and show it. Am glad I purchased my vehicle from this dealership.
