Shoe Carnival

Was just in exchanging a couple of pairs of shoes I bought for my son (I got them a size too small). The two ladies and young man in the front there today were super friendly and professional. The young lady that helped me made it super easy and she seemed a very pleasant person with a beautiful smile! I’ve shopped for shoes here for a while and I’ve never had a bad experience.

Very clean store, selection was good. Staff wasn't very friendly, though no one ever asked if I needed anything, and there were 4 associates huddled together looking at their phones at something, poor work ethic. I'm not sure where the store manager 🤔 was during this time, I was there during the day on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30-3.

The sales associates were really attentive. The shoes were well organized and displayed. I was there to return shoes I had ordered online and they made it very easy to complete the return. They have a very good selection of styles and brands.

We always shop here to buy my boys new shoes, and we all know how their feet just keep growing. We always come in and let them choose the style and colors they like and always end up finding 3 boys a pair of shoes same day within an hour tops! Not bad I'd say! ❤

This is a great place to come and buy your shoes. The manager is super helpful and friendly. The store is normally pretty clean, and there is a wide selection of merchandise. Someone will always make sure they'll assist you in what you need.

I honestly don't remember going here, but it seems like a great place to buy some shoes. My dad buys shoes from there all the time, and he says the shoes are very soft and comfy.
