From the sales rep to the installers back to the customer service I give these guys a high five. Tracy did a awesome job on selling me a unit. After a thorough investigation of what I had to work with ; he sold me on a wonderful small size unit that would satisfy my need of heating and air. The employees who came to install did a awesome job of installing the unit. They were neat, kept it clean as possible, and knowledgeable of what they were doing. I am overall satisfied with the work and the customer service from Haynes services.

Great service and knowledgable staff. They have fixed our compressors on more than one occasion and quicker than other services because they know what the problem is.

haynes service is the best and I would highly recommend them. I called Tuesday and the next day they were here to take care of a plumbing problem. the guys were professional and very polite. they took care of my problem and cheaper than the chain groups. Charles and his fellow workmen did a great job installing our two Mitsubishi ac units. Notified us when they'd be here and were outside at work before I knew it. Good clean up after the install. Great job guys, thanks, Robert and Chris Vick

During the winter and after "hours' , we had an issue with our electric. I called left a brief message. Mr. Haynes came fixed the problem we were vey pleasee. He was very nice and polite.
