I am very happy with my experience with Volunteer Pharmacy. From the very first phone call and until I received my cream in the mail, I only had wonderful service from the folks at the pharmacy. They were very professional on the phone and patiently waited while I found my insurance card and read the numbers to them. I will definitely encourage my doctor to continue to do business with them in the future. I highly recommend them!

The best pharmacy and best customer service! The staff is always so helpful and kind and they respond quickly when I have questions. I also love that they notify me as soon as my prescription is ready—usually very fast. Can’t recommend them enough!

Had waited over 2 weeks for a compounded medication for my pet from another pharmacy. After receiving another email reporting an additional week delay; I contacted Volunteer pharmacy and they had the medication compounded in 1 day. Very kind and courteous staff. I highly recommend.

Volunteer Pharmacy is a breath of fresh air after dealing with a big chain pharmacy. Long lines and apathetic employees aren't the norm at Volunteer. I'm very glad I made the switch.

If you don't believe my 5 star review just call any large chain pharmacy and pay attention how the staff answers the phones, then call Volunteer pharmacy. The greeting alone is like night and day. When I call Walgreens I feel like I'm infringing on their busy work load. When I call Volunteer I feel like they are genuinely happy that I called. I LOVE them!!!

Volunteer Pharmacy has been great to work with the last year! I have a cat that requires a daily pill and Volunteer Pharmacy makes capsules with her medication so that she doesn’t have to taste the awful pill. They have a very convenient text system that allows me to reorder my cat’s meds and lets me know when the meds are ready for pick up. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Highly recommend Volunteer Pharmacy!

I was quoted a price before filling a prescription but charged a different price on pickup (more expensive). The pharmacy acknowledged that it was a mistake on their end and quickly refunded my credit card! We will definitely use them again!
