The UPS Store

I have been to a lot of UPS stores here in the Knoxville area and now that I live in Hardin Valley I use this store frequently and they are hands down one of the best out there. Their customer service is excellent and wait times are extremely short as they are very efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of shipping services.

I had an issue with an Amazon return and Colin went above and beyond to help me resolve it. Getting it taken care of right then and there was great. Greatly appreciate it!

Colin and staff is so friendly! I visited recently and he was so patient, kind and helpful to the customer he was assisting with faxing and printing services. I had a quick drop off of a return and he always is super friendly. It seems to be their mission to know their customers and that is so rare these days! I’m thankful they are are in our community and it’s nice to just walk into a business and receive fast and great service with a smile! Thanks Hardin Valley UPS store!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience during my first time visiting this store. I had an urgent issue requiring multiple documents to be notarized for my elderly Mother, and Lauren literally saved the day for me. This girl has solutions and knows how to get it done! She also is a lovely young lady and an absolute joy to talk with. Austin, if you see this, Thank you!! You went above and beyond to help us out.

Amazing customer service. I have been using this store for business and personal mailing for the past 2.5 years. Every time I go, I have a great experience. From just doing an Amazon return to having to ship 30 boxes to individual address for work, they have handled the request with efficiency. Colin is always a pleasure to work with as well as the other staff members.

Colin was my lifesaver today! I had a few of my returns 2 out of 5 that required replacing bulky items into boxes that never fit quite the same after you remove them. He said, don't worry about it, we got it, and he took care of it for me! Also, you can imagine the load as they were large and bulky and he came to my vehicle to help me with them as well! I can't say enough! I wanted to tip him after this visit. Not my first time at this store, and won't be my last!

Lauren at the Hardin valley location was such a pleasure to work with. I had a lot of trouble with my Amazon returns and she had an answer for every problem I encountered. She was very attentive and professional. It’s nice to have such great customer service with a smile!

Was greeted the moment I walked in by an employee. Not one of those typical ‘how are you doing today ‘ type welcome. I just needed to drop off a package and the guy behind the desk was busy with something, he stopped doing whatever he was doing and came to ask me what I needed. My work was done in a minute! Amazing!

If I've not dropped in a review, I certainly meant to. This particular store is closest to my house, and I've never had a bad experience here in several years. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and they make sure you get exactly what you asked for. I genuinely am amazed at the customer service here every time I'm here, and it's a philosophy that extends to all the various employees I've encountered here. Keep it up. It's becoming all too rare in this world.

I had an excellent customer service experience for notary services at this location! Lauren was very personable and informative. Left the store in high spirits because of her, Colin, and Austin’s professionalism. I don’t normally frequent this location but will be doing so for future needs!

Great Staff, very friendly, and polite, I went there with my family including 2 little kids to take passport photos and for notary services. My lil one is little shy but Colin was very friendly, made her comfortable and took the photo with lot of patience. I also noticed that they were warm and polite to EVERYONE that walked into the store (elderly or lil kids etc)., made a positive vibe the whole day. :) Great parenting, I totally agree with the other reviewer.

Collin and Austin are very helpful and the nicest men around. The store hours are convenient and the services they provide (notary, free shredding, copying, faxing, scanning, etc) make it a wonderful addition to the Hardin Valley community.

The employees here are so friendly, kind, helpful, and efficient. There is one guy who is almost always there- I don't know his name but he has long hair- who is incredibly hospitable. I always leave this place happier than when I entered, which is odd considering it's a mail service store. Even though UPS is a little pricier than USPS, the experience makes it more than worth it.
