Awesome service Carl that works in there on Sundays done a great job he went above and beyond to help me even come to the car and help me I recommend this place

I think I'm gonna have to stay just with auto zone they have always put me first to all the other auto parts places gossiping with other customers and I over heard what they were talking about because I was waiting for someone to wait on me now I called ahead thank the lord and finally one of the gentleman working the counter came up and waited me up but I had talked to Larry several times( he knows what he is expected to do and that's help us senior citizens who have not kept up on the technology of todays automobiles but we try) and he helped me several times if you.needed something and your not quite sure what is he can direct you.personally I can trust his knowledge. Now my second
youngest son is .moving closer to me is wanting to work for an auto parts store I hope it's gonna be auto zone

I was greeted immediately when I entered the store. The manager and employee were super nice and asked me if I needed assistance. They were not pushy and just let me shop. They let me use some basic cleaning items so I could install my Popsocket mount.

This store is in good hands.

Very reliable stop on my long trips. Always able to get the fluids and parts in need to make it where I'm going and back home again.

AutoZone isn't the best company to work for. They don't care about their employees and have a high turnover in employees. Store manager is a good, knowledgeable, person. The commercial manager is good at her job however, has a terrible way of treating employees. Too many " Kings on the throne"..

I went into Parsons, to get my head light replaced, and Tim (I believe he was the manager) was very helpful. He was easy to talk to, polite, friendly and replaced the light for me. I highly recommend going to see Him and his crew. Thank you Tim, I went out of town and am grateful for your help!

Thank you so much to the staff in Parson Tn. We stopped looking for a break light adapter to plug our camper up to the back of the Jeep to get us home. They were so helpful in finding what we needed to get home, even lensed us some tools to use. Y’all are some outstanding people.

The employees of this Autozone went above and beyond for our little family who had some truck trouble on our way back from a trip. We had no clue where we were, and Gary and Mike helped us with the part and someone to put the part on the truck! 10/10 Recommed! Wonderful store and Employees!!! We are very thankful!

Very helpful and friendly staff!! I went in to get my battery checked. It was low so I had to purchase another. I got checked out and they replaced my battery all in 15 minutes! I would be happy to stop at this AutoZone again if I needed to.

So great to have them in Parsons..i live 15 miles east of Parsons and before they opened a store in Parsons I would go to Lexington cause they were cheaper than napa..now Napa is more competitive lowering prices to better match there's..i just love the variety of items they have and service is awesome..i check prices now at both places before I go because sometimes items are now cheaper at napa sometimes while others are cheaper at AutoZone

Was stranded in Tennessee with a van full of youth group. They helped me find a part that would work and helped me get back on the road. The associates even called other stores when they didn't have one part and found it.

Bought wiper blades at Auto Zone in Parsons Tennessee yesterday I ask for assistance putting them on, had me going in less than 2 minutes... Very much appreciated.
