Jeff and his wife were so helpful in assisting me with my Gravely mower. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. I have had my gravely 19 years. Great mower that just keeps on keeping on. Great customer service.

We live in Camden,TN which is about a 30 mile drive for us. It is well worth the trip. They determined the problem immediately and approximate cost to replace the engine in our Bad Boy mower. We have our mower back after only a couple of weeks running great. Nice very accommodating people.

Gray place to get parts for my mower, I think the price is fair and service is really friendly, they will try to help you most they can, love good costumer service!

Our Gravely lost a belt, wouldn't start. So Freedom outdoors picked it up on 7/6 . They had to replace battery, rebuild carburetor, change hydraulic fluid an the two filters, replace a pulley that had some time come off. And they delivered it back Friday of the same week. They did a WONDERFUL JOB. It's runny 👍great I couldn't be happier.

Went there looking for a clutch for an older go cart but they did not have one in stock. I don't recall the ladies name there but she bent over forwards backwards and sideways making calls and working the phone till she found me what I needed. Didn't make a purchase that day but I saw a few toys that may have me back soon.

We're trying to get our generator worked on. They told us the base price which is too much for us especially because we only need a gasket. Very nice employees though

Had my gravely mower and UTV serviced, prices very reasonable and now they service the LS tractor which is very handy so getting that seen too as well. One thing that could be improved on is the communication , would appreciate a call to let me know the status and cost and estimated time to service/repair

If I could give zero I would.had our chainsaw for 4 months every time I came in there to check on it was told it was taken apart and the guy working on it wasn't there that they would call. they never called or had any information for me about it when I came there. told them multiple times I just wanted it back. finally got it back with a sticker on it and a tag and charged me money and they never even did anything to it or fix it. If you want something fix go some place else... when this was Jason's place they never would of done this. We almost had to involve the police just to get it back

They repaired my golf cart which was not starting. After telling me it might be a while as they only have 1 golf cart mechanic, I was charged for 2 hours of labor for 2 mechanics and 350.00 to replace a dead battery! What a rip off business!
