Best Buy

Coming from Denver CO this Best Buy is leaps and bounds better than any we have. The store is very clean, bright, well organized, and has great displays. The employees were friendly and felt genuinely interested in being helpful. Maybe that's just Knoxville vs Denver but who knows!

Scott was our salesman and was Very Helpful with what we needed especially on theT.V. we purchased as well.He was Very thoroughly with us on everything we asked him

The phone system is not the best. It transfers you to a call center if they don’t pickup, and you can’t get an in-store representative. HOWEVER, Jay is the most amazing employee I’ve ever met at a Best Buy. Wow. I wish I could hire this guy. Absolutely amazing pick for your store manager. Great communication skills and explanation of processes. Everyone should be like Jay! You’re the best, thanks for helping me today, making what I thought would be a hassle, nothing of the sort!

I will say I was there to get service from the Geek squad department and they were genuinely good people, My helper was amazing he explained everything to me the way I thought he should, the manager came out and thanked me for my patience with them for waiting. That was so thoughtful. I actually enjoyed the wait. He had conversation in between while I waited.

I'm so mad I could scream, this one guy Conner was so awesome and helpful and I'm pissed.
I would recommend people to stop not shopping here!
I went to price one speaker, and he lured my fiance and I into his charm and great attitude. We wound up purchasing some freaking great products, like a speaker, a radio and such.
Conner is the best, and that makes me mad sad.

Great place to shop. Awesome helpful staff! I bought my washer and dryer here and I love it. They offered me 250.00 gift cards with our purchase and I went back and bought the Kitchen-Aid mixer that I’ve always wanted!!!

Good service, friendly staff, and they have a good selection of electronics. I was able to get a gaming mouse that literally nobody else in town had in stock, they had a dozen of them.

I ordered my TV on the website and the staff at the pickup counter were very helpful. They offered to come out and help me load it into the truck as I came on my own. I highly recommend Best Buy for any big purchases.

I would like to thank ELI for all the help that he gave me and my son on Dec 24, 2023! Let me tell ya. He was off the clock but still took the time out to tell me about the product that’ would best benefit us. He had nothing but time and patience for us!

My husband and I decided to get our toddlers tablets. They are 3 & 4 so we took them to Best Buy, neither of us had been before and we ended up with tablets and we purchased a new computer! Love this store we will definitely be back for future purchases, the warranty they offer with their products are entirely worth every penny.

I dropped in to look at a new TV for our new home in Knoxville, TN. The sales staff was very helpful in comparing the Samsung and LG products for us. We settled on the LG OLED 77C3 with a sound bar, which was 60% off. We love our new home entertainment system.

The salesman took time to highlight the differences between TV types and models. He did a thorough demonstration, which helped us make an informed choice. We left happy and with a new large screen TV.
Having inperson customer service was much better than scrolling through page after page online!

Great store super friendly staff understanding don't b.s. with you over anything makes shopping fast and easy. ^_^

They're open again!

The new remodel looks excellent. They're still not entirely done, some areas are still being built/unpacked. But you're able to go in now & ~85% of the store is up & running.

Great customer service, I was looking for a TV sound bar and the employee made it so easy.

Every time I go and have a question for an employee they are always helpful.
Also love the Total Tech protection plan as it covers anything you buy from them.

It's always a pleasure going to Best Buy. The store is laid out so well with many great products! Oh, it's so much fun! You know the best thing is the people. They are kind and caring. They get very busy, too! We charge in there with so many questions and needs. But, they smile and graciously help you, not hesitating to run around for you. I am blessed and grateful to have them in our area.
