This is my favorite of the cvs pharmacies in Norman. It’s never too busy, and for all the drugstore makeup girlies, they have a pretty good selection of Joah products and elf if you are into dupes. The staff is friendly, in fact, I recently witnessed a customer/staff conversation where a customer was giving a member a tough time about returning something, the person working (Shannon, I believe) was professional in handling the issue at hand. They also have a great snack selection as well. :)

Pharmacists here are always very helpful and kind, even when they're busy. I even had one drive-through employee thank me for being kind. I'm guessing a lot of drive-thru customers were not being very patient or kind. I get it though people, if you are visiting a pharmacy, chances are you're not doing well, are already feeling sick and because of that, probably irritated and just want to get your medication so you can return home, take it and get to feeling better but... STOP... Take just a few seconds to breathe and realize they are there to help you do just that.

Be kind. Be grateful. Be patient and understand that is exactly what they are trying to do for you.

If there are any hiccups in getting your medication, it's likely not the fault of the pharmacy. Instead, the issue most likely lies with your insurance, so try not to take it out on them.

In the rare case, it's actually the pharmacy or pharmacists fault, just calmly or with as much calmness as you can muster, ask to speak with a manager or the pharmacists on duty to resolve the problem.

This is like any other CVS Pharmacy, with a friendly and helpful staff, a large selection of over-the-counter items, and other shopping opportunities. They fill your prescriptions accurately and quickly, and it is a place you can trust. My family loves to go here.

I've been using this pharmacy for a couple of years and they are always courteous and fill my prescriptions quickly. They are much faster than the store on Robinson but also have shorter hours.

Good service and friendly employees through the store.

This is a very clean store and the people are always very friendly and helpful.

Typical CVS, at first I was annoyed because it was 4 staff members in the pharmacy and only the pharmacist acknowledged that I was waiting to pickup after receiving a text saying my son’s Rx was ready. The CVS store associates were super friendly though so I won’t slam this location with a bad review bc of the pharmacy experience. The pharmacist also checked me out and was friendly. I was also shocked they had “It’s a 10 & Oplex” hair products! It was a variety of products from hair care lines. So I’d y’all don’t want to go to Ulta for these hair care line, then go to your local CVS.

Ignore all of the Karens leaving nasty reviews. These human beings have always done their very best to help me as quickly as possible; however, there is clearly a big issue with being understaffed. I believe this to be due to either lack of pay or otherwise trying to save money by not keeping enough workers. Either way, blame the corporation, not the folks on the front line, who are just trying to do their jobs.

This location is one of the newer CVS in town. It is a handy place to get stuff and it has late hours. The store is clean and the workers are friendly. The pharmacy will give flu shots but there is not a Minute Clinic inside.

Bill the ‘pharmacist’ thinks the world revolves around him. Only time I’ve ever been hung up on by a pharmacy. You don’t necessarily have to be a ‘people person’ to be a pharmacist, but no pharmacist should go out of their way to be a hateful person. It’s obvious that bill has personal issues he’s coping with, and unfortunately he’s taking out his anger on people just trying to get their medicine. I hope bill gets the help he needs so he can stop bullying people.

I took my Dad to get vaccinated at CVS on 36th & Tecumseh. I have waited over 30 minutes and been treated very rudely by employee’s. I will never go to this store again for anything .. with zero people in line still waiting for shot .Thank you people I came to your store to sit and wait for you to get off phone and then complain about customers wanting a service that I had appt for ! ! ! .
