My husband and myself have been working on a project and the staff has been really helpful. Especially David in tools! He has painstakingly helped cut a few pieces of plexiglass for us and been a wonderful tour guide to assist with all the bits and bobs needed for the project. We really appreciate him! Thanks, David! I like Lowe's in Seymour. I will NEVER GO RO THE SEVIERVILLE,TN LOCATION AGAIN! I was waiting on more materials in my bus, not bothering anyone for a couple of days and they towed my bus to the tune of $1,000 F'ING DOLLARS!!! No notice!

Came in needing a washer as mine died. With 6 people in the house I couldn't wait a week on delivery. Dylan and Bill were fabulous in helping us narrow down and choose, making sure they had it in stock so we could leave with it. Got us loaded up and ready to take it home. They were extremely helpful and very friendly.

Went in to buy a water heater element today. Wasn't quite sure which one to get, but after the employee whom I was told was "the plumber pro" (I think his name was Mark but that may not be correct) helped me I got just what I came for and needed, plus good advice! He gave me some pointers on getting the calcium (from well water) out of my water heater tank and other helpful ways of dealing with well water including how and where I can go to get it tested. All of the employees were so friendly and helpful, and we didn't pass even one employee without being asked if we needed help.

Dylan in flooring was such a big help to me when I bought a rug. So polite and kind. I love Lowe’s. Everyone is nice and helpful.

Our dryer went out last night, made it to the store at 0730, thanks to Frank we were in and out in 30 minutes. Very Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly. Thank you.

Love visiting the garden center. They have an awesome variety of indoor and outdoor plants. They make it easy to make your space beautiful. Friendly staff.

I love the selection of indoor plants here! They will sometimes mark down the ones that need a bit more T.L.C. and the other plants at select locations are usually pretty healthy

We are spoiled to have the Lowes we do. Going to other Lowes in Knoxville, stuffs everywhere, it’s a mess.

I began using Lowe's when Home Depot wouldn't offer to help with anything. Every time I go to this store, I almost never have to ask for help. They won't just give you an isle number, they will walk you there and make sure you find what you need. I can't say enough about the great employees here.

Customer service is off the charts!! Vast selection of items and store is always clean and neat.

I went into the store to buy a grill. Paige and Tommy were incredible! Excellent customer service and experience. Tommy went out of his way to help me with the grill including measuring it to make sure it fit in my trunk, screwing off a piece of it so that it did fit and loading it in my car. Thank you!!!!

Also a favorite place for home project shopping without stores like these what would we do to build a home quickly! This makes me wonder about how it use to be before the big box stores! I bet it was a personal thing between people to build, experience, loggers, lumberjacks, blacksmiths, and the saw mill. I bet neighborhoods were all probably involved! Hmm, I just bet that’s why we all knew who was good at what! 😊

Store offers wide variety of home goods from major appliances to gardening supplies and building supplies. Very helpful employees and available to help find what you need and advice to assist completing your project.

Someone stole the catalytic converter of my vehicle. I took my vehicle and the new catalytic converter over to a friends house in hopes that he would be able to weld the new catalytic converter onto the vehicle. the welder that he had was not working correctly, so I called another buddy of mine to ask if he could bring his welder over and weld the catalytic converter on. When he drove all the way to where I was, and started to weld he realized he had the wrong tip on his welder. Luckily in the area where we were at there was a Lowe's. We both took a trip to Lowe's to see if they may carry the tips there and surprisingly they had the proper tips there. I was so glad that they had those tips in stock, I was finally able to get a new catalytic converter installed on my vehicle. Thank you Lowe's for having that product in stock! 😊
