Food City

I like this grocery store because they work hard to keep it very clean and organized. The staff is helpful and friendly. Be sure you save your points for the gas rewards, and they also double your discount one day a week when purchasing fuel

Stopped in today for a few items and shoot a few pictures of how clean the store is. Good job guys

A little higher on prices but I go there because of the butchers. You can't beat a fresh cut if meat. Good seafood.

Well it's food city so what can I say. Good location huge selection. The store appeared to be well kept I was in there and gone pretty quick and had little Interaction with the staff. Although it's possible someone spoke to me but I don't recall if they did. I guess that's what I'm looking for is that human touch. There are plenty of places to buy the things you need. So to me it's like what are you doing as a company to encourage me to shop at your store. Now anyone else may not care or notice but I like to see some smiling faces and hear a friendly voice all in all. Food city. I like food city.

In the past I've had some bad experiences with FC. This particular location (Chapman Highway) is phenomenal. Clean, Friendly staff, always perfectly stocked. Great prices. The other store could take a few lessons.

Awesome lady working in the bakery took her 3 whole minutes to make me 2 batches of cookies with butter cream icing! And she is so kind and just was ready to help even tho she was going home.

I had an enjoyable trip to the store got some great deals and met a few real nice employees!

Clean - very nice staff - especially precious Claire at self checkouts. Great sales.
Food City has the best meat department over any of their competitor's.
I just wish customers would be more thoughtful of the employees who wrangle the shopping carts & have them separated & organized for us in the lobby. The cart holders in the parking lot are always a mess with big carts & small carts all mixed together. It doesn't take any extra effort to return the courtesy of placing our carts in the slots seperated according to size, to make their job much easier.

It is a clean and professionally run grocery store. I love the meat department - excellent seafood, steaks, burgers and poultry. The only butcher shop we use.
The entire store is well stocked and rarely run out of items. Slightly higher prices but the discount card offsets most. Great local market feel...

Have always felt welcomed with friendly service here. The store is always clean. Food City offers competitive prices with the benefit of earning fuel points, which save you money on a fuel trip. The floral department is always very courteous and creative and can make an arrangement to order at a very good price, much less than other florist shops. The bakery/deli has fresh, tasty products. An on-site butcher is there during the day in order to have fresh cuts of meat and can cut the way you like. The pharmacy has great prices compared to large chain pharmacies. Cashiers are always speedy, accurate, and helpful. Over all good experience and my go-to store.

Hello there, we just wanted to take a moment to recognize the kindness that was given to us when we visited your store. My daughter and I were on a road trip and we did a brief stop to get some needed supplies, and were pleasantly surprised with our experience. Our little Yorkie was even welcomed! We were well served by the employees but I would like to recognize two specifically. The cashier, which we believe is named Cindy, and the young man on the floor, who we believe to be Kenyon. Always clean, staff is always cheerful

This store is a lot like the food lion store we had in Kentucky. They have awesome selection, the workers are great. the prices could be a little lower, but it's worth paying a little extra, especially since you get great deals with the food city card.

Ran into Food City after 11pm, they were the only store still open. Encountered 4 employees and all were friendly and helpful. Usually at that time, staff just wants to go home. But these four smiled, joked with me, and made me feel welcome.
