A1 Pet Emporium

Our family has been going to A1 for years now to buy our dog's food and treats. They always have community-centered events and activities and great selection of quality pet food. I don't often take the time to write reviews but this is a lovely store with wonderful staff. Jeanne in particular has always gone the extra mile with customer care and takes the time to remember our pup's name.

I have to do a update. Jenna is phenomenal!!! She is why we shop locally! For just today they had a rare discount for a brand that seems like it’s never on sale. Well today was special, and it was. That wonderful employee took time out of her day to look up our name and give us a call to personally let us know it’s on sale for just the day. THAT… THAT is someone going above and beyond. That is what makes A-1 so special. My wish is that she’s compensated for her natural attributes she exudes. Yes chewy is hella convenient and easy, but Jenna and alike is why we will continue to shop there🖤

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Knowledgeable, kind, has a passion for animals. We only buy from here

I purchased a new food from them for my 4 1/2 pound Yorkie Scarlet. She loved it and turned up her nose at her previous food. Once I tried offering that again, the staff is friendly. The store is very nice. It will be my new to go to pet food.

Best customer service for a pet shop I've ever been to! Awesome selection and awesome people! Can't wait to go back. Michelle was very friendly and her staff is always willing to help, even offering to help take food to my car. The staff is very knowlegdable about the food they have stocked and are always willing to answer questions.

The manager Michelle is so kind & is very helpful along with the other employees. She is helping me to figure out which cat/kitten food is best for my 5 yr old cat & 12 week old kitten. She has given me a lot of samples to try & see how they like them.
This place is very clean & well stocked.
I plan on shopping here for years to come.

Michelle and Jamie were extremely nice to me and my girls Shay and Shasta, they received many treats on our visit!

Sorry for the dog hair in the shop, it is one of the very few drawbacks of being a Husky parent, I am glad they only blow their coats twice a year!

I love this place! Their name brand pet food is more afforable than many large pet food stores. The staff is so kind and helpful; they always carry my bag to my car for me when I am not able. I've never had to wait long for help, it's just a simple in and out! I don't know what more you could want!

Love this place!! The owner- Michelle is amazing. I discovered this place in June, and could not be more impressed. I have a very healthy 16 yr old Black CAT named Jack. The care and concern for animals truly shows! I was informed about BFF(BEST FELINE FRIEND) canned food. It is not at all your average cat food. It is
Made with human grade meats, gluten free with no additives or fillers. Jack's diet was only dry kibble(a very good brand)-I had not fed him wet food in several yrs before BFF. He loves it, hasn't gotten sick once, he is a happier cat. The store also has a lot of FREE sample packets of dry food for cats, and dogs. I feel like I'm supporting a small local store when I shop here. They also carry raw goats milk for cats and dogs. Helps with arthritis, upset stomachs, and so much more. It comes frozen.

Love this place! I always come here to get my dog's food and toys. The staff is excellent and always super helpful. They helped me switch my dog food when my dog refused to eat. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!

A1 is absolutely the best in the OKC Metro area. Great selection of only the best quality products for our most important members of the family, great customer service and are wonderful advocates for many local rescues.
