Serv-N-Go Market #3

Me and my mom stop by this store every day before school and get a sausage egg and cheese and tenderloin biscuit. (very good food) The girls that work during the day are sooooooo nicel!! They talk to me every morning and know me by name. Makes my day!

I find it very interesting on the reviews of this location. I have always had great service. I stop at this facility ever morning for several years, I have always found them extremely helpful and kind. It’s a shame how some take out their own personal issues on reviewing others.

Call-In orders and pizza orders accepted all day!!!

Great food amazing employees

Clean place, friendly staff, fast stop. Always has hot food and fresh coffee. Pumps could use some work. Yes/No buttons on pump 6 have been bad for some time and need to be fixed. Other screens on the pumps are getting hard to read. Needs to look at the pump situation.

Stopped to get gas. Decided I'd grab a snack. Items not labeled. Trying to ask what it 8s she walks off to drive window. Gets their order. I'm asking again what items are. She walks off all the while ANOTHER employee working but isn't the customer more important? I finally JUST LEFT not worth it when other choices down the road

Which ever female worker that worked 8/27/23 @ 5:36pm was Very Rude. We got soft serve ice cream , f’real milkshake , and a fountain drink. She charged us 2 Large cup ice cream and a 24oz ftn drink. Just because my husband put the soft serve ice cream in a 24 oz fountain cup because it was hot and he didn’t want it to melt. When she could charge us 1 large ice cream with the 24oz fountain cup. So whoever the female worker is…. Check your attitude before you come to work … and don’t take your anger out on customers. Thank you have a bless day !!!

If there was an option for zero stars in customer service this woman would get it about 10:00 p.m. August 19th going to this gas station and it's instant attitude with this woman sitting at the cash register she's reading the paper or whatever and my aunt asks her a question and she continues reading the paper says Nope and then continues to have the attitude throughout the whole transaction then my sister walks in to get some gas and she's back in the back and hears her come in even when my sister's yelling hello and she never comes to the front my sister had to go back there and get her all this and then the woman wants to tell us that she's a witch that must be where the warts came from rudest woman I've ever met will not be going back to this gas station if I can help it... someone needs to school this woman on customer service because she's definitely at a loss in that area...

Was absolutely rude about lottery …no line was held and let me know if I had money to blow should go to the church !!!!! Complained the whole time. Said they don’t get paid extra to do lottery. No one was in line at all. Messed my ticket up said I have to pay for it. Even said he could shut the machine down and they can do their tickets at another store. They don’t get paid to do lottery.

The employs at this place of business are out of control. Yelling at one another about other customers. Very very unprofessional, if you cant control your own emotions at work dont get a job where u deal with all kinds of different people. Have some self respect and let that poor customer go about their day. You have no idea what that customer is going thru. Be kind people. Mostly when u dont wanna be.

Yes staff is extremely rude, the not so sweet lady at the register on 5-23-22 at 11am spoke to her co worker saying she wished they would stop serving food she was so sick of people. Guess what sweet baby get another job that food helps pay your salary.

Very horrible customer service. The place is very dirty. The bathrooms are absolutely filthy. One of the worst gas stations that I’ve ever been to to add on top of that. I was walking in to give it a second chance about one hour before they were supposed to close, and they locked the door on me. I would not recommend to come here.

The only thing I can say positive about this store is the guy with the shaved head is outstanding at his job. Always friendly and quick. The rest of the staff I'll not even comment on. Whoever does the hiring for this store is clueless or desperate. Better pay that guy well. If he leaves I'm sure I won't be the only one to go out of my way to avoid stopping there.

The cups are $1.79 each even if it's just ice. The food is nothing to brag about and the diesel pumps are down. Looks like they are on their way out of business soon

They refuse to hire QUALIFIED people of color but the other races they hire come and go like a revolving door! Always hiring per outside sign but can't keep help.

No semi truck parking period!!!! You will be towed VERY VERY FAST HERE!
