Very convenient, made rental over phone and checked in at main office later that day. Plenty of room in back area (1100’s) for a larger trailer when bringing items in. Clean area and great customer service so far.

I must say it was pretty packed in there earlier. Tiffany was very very pleasant to work with. She was knowledgeable about the units and the front office was extremely clean. I would have to say the customer service was extremely well , Phones were ringing and the lobby was full , Everybody That was before me was excepting and very patient as well and she got everybody out within a timely fashion CHEERS TO TIFFANY!!!!! Thank you .

I really enjoyed my visit today with Nick. I walked in and needed a climate control unit and Nick was really resourceful on the unit (size, pricing,and he had a great personality for his customer service he explained everything so good i didn't have any questions thanks Nick for your service with a smile and kindness i got a unit rented

I’ve never had renting a storage go so smoothly and be so quick and easy. I searched storages in town and that one was the cleanest but what really sold me was I could do it all online. I completed everything online and paid and went the next morning to the office. Michael, who is the manager, made the process quick. I was in and out of the office within 5 minutes. He was so laid back but very professional and to the point without rushing me. More companies need employees like him.

Have 2 units here, no issues at all. Nick that works the front desk is very professional and a pleasure to speak with. Highly recommend

Excellent experience getting a U-Haul here. The guy that helped me got me setup easily when I was frustrated with the U-Haul app. Super professional and very supportive. If it wasn’t for the amazing customer service I wouldn’t have gotten my stuff moved on time.
