Some good deals to be found here, especially when they are offering coupons on top of sale prices. This store desperately needs more registers open though, the lines are always so long.

There was a time Belk seemed to rich for me. I think that was because of my Mom, God rest her Soul. 3 things you didn’t ask for, 1- was you didn’t ask to go to Belk, 2- You didn’t ask to go to Charlotte and 3- you didn’t ask for Shrimp at the Fish Camp. I’m being comical but that was the way it was growing up poor. Belk is still a moderately exclusive store, but bargains are to be had. I can’t wait till there buy 1 get 2 free sale. Yeah, you heard that right. Buy 1 get 2 free. I bought 3 70.00 Canvas coats last year. 2 for me and 2 for my son who works in the cold.

I love this store! They have quality clothing that lasts. I enjoy finding the sales because I can really get a lot of great outfits on a budget. I love my red "tablecloth" shirt, and it's so soft.

Got a beautiful dress blouse, 50% off plus coupon. $70. Paid $30. Love the 2 piece. Goes perfect with my new pants.

Found what I needed in the store and was offered to apply for a Belks credit card and received 20 percent off on purchase. I needed a bra and in my size you dont just walk in and pick that size up but Belk had that size in stock. I was so happy and pleased.

An item from my order was not shipped with the order, so I came in to pick it up. Had no problem doing so, and clerks were happy to help.

Went to get my son a dress shirt and the store was stocked throughout. A good shopping experience. No long lines and there was staff actually working the floor. All good. The female bathroom was clean too. 👌

Great place to get a credit card you can save tons. Also wonderful employee's the sweet little lady that helped me I think was 108 yrs old she was so sweet she even helped me carry my bag's to the car. Highly recommended.

Let me start by saying the staff is doing their very best with the amount of people they have working. It does sometimes get frustrating to walk in and shop for a while then you're unable to find a worker to check out. We have put items down countless times and just didn't buy anything since we couldn't find anyone at a checkout station.

Again, that's not the staffs issue.

I have ordered curbside numerous times, the lady that has brought my bag out on numerous occasions has been SO SWEET every single time. [I wish I knew her name but she deserves a raise for her positive attitude alone.]

I was looking for a suit for My teenage son for his mother's funeral. The salesperson named Debra was wonderful very classy and sympathetic. She helped us get everything we needed. I would definitely tell others about the way we were treated. Thank you for being so thoughtful and compassionate towards us in this difficult time

I was coming home from vacation so decided to stop by looking for a birthday dress. Unfortunately didn't see anything but I did buy some shoes on sale at great price. Lot of customers didn't have on mask but the store employees did. One cashier was exceptional nice to my grands. You had to work hard finding cashiers. Look like every store I visit is under staff but I didn't rush anyone. I understand.

Belk has a long standing reputation of offering quality products that range in prices. It still has the customer service and upscale "not so big department store".... department store charm. They have real sales. And still take returns without having to jump through hoops to get your money back if you're not satisfied. The staff is well informed of the inventory and can actually help you pick out something you want, but just can't put your finger on what's going to work. Drop in when you get a chance and you'll know why the company has been in business for so long. Love this store and you will, too.

Belk is always a great store. The people are friendly. They often have great sales, ( buy 1 get 2 free. ) On name brands. Especially if you have the Belk card, you get extra savings on stuff. I sound like a commercial. I swear that I don't work for them. it is just a really good store.

Belk is having an amazing event today! I just stopped in to buy a belt, and ended up walking out with three belts and five pair of dress pants! There is a charity event where you buy a $5 ticket and automatically get $10 off your purchase and an additional 65%! Plus, there's a ton of stuff on clearance! I saved $180! I only ended up spending just over $100!! You can use that same ticket for several more times of shopping. I think it's two more. You should definitely check it out!!!

I love this store. No matter the city. I don't know how they sell such quality clothing at such low prices. You get all my business.
