The store was a bit busy when I walked in. A number of the staff greeted me and asked how I could be served. The staff was friendly and attentive while I ran through a list of questions, as this was my first visit and needed to know that this was the right place for me. It is not the closest to my home. It is not the fanciest store. It does not stay open late or all night.
But as of today it is my pharmacy!

I call in refills and call and talk to them and get told meds will be ready on certain day go in when they say it was supposed to be ready not ready and have to either wait for ever or have to go back. I don't live no where near it and it takes me between 30-45 minutes one way depends on traffic. I have gone 3 times this month and had it delivered 4th time. Should be ready when said this month has been horrible. I even kept telling them when I went in had more than one medicine and got told no then end up getting medicine that I tried to tell them I didn't get all of them. Just wish everything would be ready when told it would be and if they need to order a medicine or not going to be ready would at least call and tell me before I get all way there to get told not ready

I have stopped coming here because they stopped making my compound cream the correct way. Obviously they replaced ingredients with cheaper quality ingredients. The cream does not help as much, and is almost ineffective.
I have switched pharmacies, and am much satisfied with my other pharmacy where I take my compound cream.

When I was talking on the phone with the other pharmacy, telling that I wanted to switch because I was not satisfied with the way my current (was Faulkner's at that time) pharmacy does my compound cream, and the person form the other pharmacy says "is that Faulkner's pharmacy you're talking about"?.
Obviously this is not the first time this Faulkner's pharmacy has been doing this.

I am completely dissatisfied with this cheap, low quality pharmacy.
Dont go here to have your prescription filled, unless you have to buy something over-the-counter. Look somewhere else.

Find a pharmacy that does your prescription correctly (by the book); not here where they substitute compounds to make it cheaper for them!
